I have a free account that I'm locked out of. When I log in, I'm asked to use an authenticator app, but I don't have a Zoom code in my current app. I do not have access to any back-up codes and so am effectively locked out of the account. To be honest, I do not recall even setting up 2FA on that account. In any case, now I cannot access it—how can I gain access again?

How can I delete my account?

I have an urgent problem with my Zoom account. I enabled two-factor authentication, but I lost my recovery codes. Now I can't log in because the app is asking for the code. I have a basic account and I don't know how to contact technical support. Can anyone help me recover access to my account?

Hello Zoom Community,I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a personal (Free) Zoom account that I have been locked out of. This account is critical for my ongoing work and university studies.I previously enabled 2FA using Google Authenticator on a university-issued iPhone 6. I have since transitioned to a new device (iPhone 13) and no longer have access to the old phone or the recovery codes. I know my correct password, but I cannot get past the 2FA verification screen.I have already tried Checking for cloud sync, but I am still stuck.I am currently posting from a secondary account because I cannot log in to my main one. Can a Zoom representative please contact me via Direct Message (DM) so I can securely provide the email address for my main account and verify my identity?Thank you for your help

I changed the email address but Zoom does not send me the confirmation code. I have tried everything and it simply does not work. I am using gmail and the code has never been send to my inbox nor to my spam box.

En deze duren vaak een uur. Uiteraard doet Zoom helaas niet aan contact als je geen top-uitgaven doet voor hulp. I i’ll change my form of payments from credit cards to ACH. The ACH was done to my account. The zoom website said that it takes five days for it to come back. It’s been five days, but my account has not been restored. What are the steps that I should take?

Hello, I bought a Zoom Workplace Pro subscription at the end of February during an undiagnosed manic episode, believing I needed to do this otherwise the world would end. I have now been diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder (can provide documentation as proof) and am looking for options for a refund, even if just partially, as I have absolutely no need for a Zoom subscription of any kind. I understand that Zoom has non-refund clauses; however, how do these clauses hold up under contexts of psychological duress? Also, I bought Zoom in the Philippines as a Philippine citizen and am not sure how digital sales laws work in this context. Times are hard and it would be good to get this money back so I can actually use it for things that would sustain me. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Hallo zusammen,ich möchte mein kostenloses Basic-Konto löschen und muss einen Kenncode erfassen. Den einzigen Kenncode den ich finde, ist der unter Meeting. Dieser wird aber nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich sollte die Lösung allerdings ohne Kenncode möglich sein. Ich bin als Verantwortlicher im Konto verschlüsselt. Gibt es hier eine Lösung? Gruß Willi

I was in Canada. I am currently in Peru for almost 3 years. I no longer use the Zoom account and tried to unsuscribe. It´s been two years and I can´t pay anymore where I am not using the account. How shall I do¡? I do not seem to find the option to do it on my own. Thanks. I don´t remember subscribing to it automatically. If so, we can´t be forced to keep a subscription that we cannot pay. It  has renewed automatically WITHOUT making me confirm whether I need it or not.  Please help. Thanks.

I have a zoom account and I need to access it, but the number associated with the account is no longer active so I can’t sign in. When I try to sign it, it sends verification code to the old number to sign it, but since I no longer have that number I can no longer sign in. I have tried changing my password, using email verification and none of that works because it keeps trying to verify me through phone number. I have had to make another account to even just post this chat. Also tried phone support but they said my account doesn’t include phone support. 

Hi does anyone know if when you’re sent the annual subscription cost it includes VAT or not (in the UK). I had an email to say price was increasing to £139 but today they automatically took nearly £168! It’s impossible to speak to an agent even on chat!

I purchased a Pro account with one license. I need to change the license to a different user (different email account) but I'm unable to do so. I can remove the license from a user, but not assign to a different user. System tells me I have one license unassigned, but that I need to purchase a new license. Help Please!

unused subscription. I forgot the biling. I want to get refund

Hi everyone,I am writing this to get some help regarding an accidental annual subscription renewal.On March 16, 2026, my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed for a full year without any prior notification that I noticed. I immediately reached out to Support (Case #BIL2472042), but I was told that a refund is not possible due to the "non-refundable" policy.I have NOT used any Pro features since the renewal, and I have already cancelled the subscription to prevent future billing. This annual charge is a huge financial burden for me, and I simply cannot afford it right now.I've seen other users getting a "one-time exception" for similar accidental renewals. Could any Community Manager or someone from the Billing team please look into this case again?Thank you so much for your help.

Hola, estoy teniendo un problema, anteriormente hemos creado una cuenta en zoom la cual tengo la factura de pago ya que se débita de la tarjeta de crédito de la empresa, sin embargo hemos perdido la cuenta de correo a la que esta asociada y no podemos ingresar para hacer uso del recurso pagado, como puedo contactarme con el soporte de zoom en español para verificar la cuenta de usuario asociada a esta factura.Gracias por el apoyo

Hello, I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error:  Unable to update email(Error code: 33000). The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account.  When I do this, I get the same error code. I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract.Any help would be appreciated.
