I have a free account that I'm locked out of. When I log in, I'm asked to use an authenticator app, but I don't have a Zoom code in my current app. I do not have access to any back-up codes and so am effectively locked out of the account. To be honest, I do not recall even setting up 2FA on that account. In any case, now I cannot access it—how can I gain access again?

Hi,I am trying to add/edit the phone number in Zoom Web Profile (Profile > Personal Information),but the Phone field’s Add/Edit control disappears after the page finishes loading. and shows greyed out “Not set”Other profile fields still show Edit links. (attached image)The issue happens across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) disabling extensions, including checking in Incognito, and even after clearing Zoom site data - so it appears account-specific or a Zoom-side UI issue rather than a browser cache problem. Have the browser updated to the latest versionLooking forward to insights on solving this, and yes I am on the basic plan, adding a phone number or reason should be clearly visible.I am also unable to create a support tick/support case to report this bug, it seems that my account is “SUPPORT_FREE_ACCOUNT”  so it doesn’t give me an option to create a support ticketLooking forward to further insights.Regards,Hamza Waseem Zoom Profile Page 

Hello! I'm trying to get the Invoice from year 2020 until the latest one but seems I can't extract it from the Invoice History tab.

I didnt made a payment for the period Jun 1, 2026 - Jun 30. And pro was suspended. But on 4th of july i made the payment from pending bills. But the zoom pro is not active yet. Since the pro version is prepaid, how is it appicable for zoom to bill me for an unused month and require me to make additional payment for new subscription?

I am based in Singapore and a subscriber of Zoom Pro. Can someone please advise me on how to change my billing method to Bank Transfer instead of Credit card payment. This is a corporate policy to make all payments via bank transfers in my company, thus, this change is required.Please assist.

I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?  

I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

Just wanted to come here to highlight Zoom's unfair auto-renewal practices. Seems like I am not the only one. Beware if you are entering a contract, Zoom will set the contract as auto-renew. You won't be able to stop it at anytime and you will be forced to pay for  the whole year. Their T&Cs actually say that Zoom will send you a notification prior to auto-renewal. I never received the notification, disputed payment as breach of contract and asked to be put in touch with the complaints department. Their communication is a joke, they take forever to reply (it's 8 months of back and forth emails with a chatbox). The result? I couldn't even find instructions to deactivate autorenew so it all ended with Zoom having to do this for me. The system is purposefully hard so that Zoom can profit and take advantage from its users. A very good platform but 0 stars from a customer service level from me. Bye Zoom, hello Teams.

I only want to get a ZOOM subscription for 6 months in advance. Is there a way to get a 6 month advance subscription except for 1-year subscription cancellation, monthly subscription?
