Billing & Account Management

i need my refund money

I need more cloud storage than the 5gb I have - if I cancel my current subscription and upgrade to one that offers more cloud storage, will I lose the current recordings I have on my account?  I really appreciate any advice. It seems so challenging to contact Support.

I accidentally pressed the educational setting when setting up my new work account. I cannot contact support because it will not let me login so I had to create another account.I, owner of this account, verify I will not be using this account for educational purposes for any minors under the age of 18. Please disable this setting on my new account because I was unable to create a ticket.

Hello,I inadvertently purchased an entire yearly plan and will not be using it. I am now on a tight budget and looking for a job. Please, it would be very helpful if I could cancel the plan immediately and get at least a partial refund. I already tried with Apple Support but was denied a refund.Thank you very much in advance.Kind regards,Vladimir Ivanov

I’m trying to cancel my subscription with refund under 14 day cooling off period under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

INVOICE DATE: 3 OCT 2026INVOICE NO : INV372491543 Reason:I signed up for the monthly plan intending to use it for only one month, and I didn't realize it was a subscription. I was very surprised and confused today when my subscription was suddenly extended and I was charged.Accordingly, I request that you cancel the card payment. I did not use the function at all.

Why is it so hard and complicated to cancel a subscription from this platform?

Hi, Paypal claims I have a zoom account connected with them, and that this has to be disconnected before I can cancel my Paypal account. How can I disconnect Paypal from ZOOM? Thanks

For the last month or two, a pink banner appears across the top of Zoom warning that my account is overdue. Yet, when I check my payments in Zoom, I see now payments are due. The precise message says:You have one or more invoices overdue. Failure to pay the full invoice balance may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your subscription. Click here to pay or click here for support.

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

Subject: Request to Reactivate Online Payment for SubscriptionDear Zoom Billing Support Team,I sincerely apologize for not completing my subscription payment on time. Unfortunately, due to insufficient funds at the time, I was unable to make the automatic payment, and as a result, my online payment option has now been disabled.I kindly request you to please reactivate/enable the online payment option for my account so that I can clear the pending subscription payment and continue my plan.Zoom is extremely important for my office meetings, professional communication, and day-to-day work, so I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.I assure you that this was an unintentional situation and will not be repeated in the future. I am ready to make the pending payment immediately once the payment option is restored.Thank you for your understanding and support.Kind regards,Rashi Singh

Hi, I been having the issue where I do not have the free student account that has meetings longer than 40 minutes unlocked eventhough I have been using my university email for it. Is there any way I can fix this or allow the student plan to work?

Hello Support, One of our users is using the Zoom Basic Free Plan and had enabled 2FA on his Zoom account. Unfortunately, his mobile phone was stolen, and he no longer has access to the 2FA code or the recovery code, which were both saved on the stolen phone. Could you please assist how we can disabled 2FA on his account so that he can log in? Let me know if you need any other information from my end.

It seems the new enhanced with AI and other stuff, plans are costing more and more.  And the simple plan that is now called the Workplace Pro is near $200 a year. I had been facilitating Zoom sessions for small groups / clubs, from, 10 to 45 people.  Not big non-profit organizations, so not 501c.  After near 7 years, had to drop the new labeled Pro plan due to out of my pocket cost.  I am not a business, these are not businesses, these are clubs some not even formal clubs, just people gathering virtually, some are seniors and can not drive to a meeting, and some can not make the 150+ mile drive. The  ‘Basic’  plan does most everything we’d need except cuts you off at 40 minutes.   Are there any options for half the $200 plan, that lets you have a 2-3 hour session ?...the  50% off program would be great but you have to be a bigger or formal organization to qualify curious,Frolin

Hello,I only used the service for one day and wanted to cancel my subscription. However, I was unable to cancel it immediately, and my subscription was canceled as an annual plan instead.I would like to request that my subscription be changed to the monthly plan instead of the annual plan, with a refund for the remaining amount.I only intended to use the service for about one day, and I tried to change or cancel the subscription to the monthly plan, but the process did not work as expected. Therefore, I am contacting customer support to request your assistance with changing the subscription to the monthly plan and processing the appropriate refund.I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.Thank you.

Bonjour, je n’utilise pas la plateforme. Je souhaite mettre fin à mon abonnement. Comment procéder? Bien à vous, Sophie Maka

Our 501(3)c is considering getting a Zoom Cares account. We are a 100% volunteer organization, and the Zoom meetings we do are scheduled by a small number (<12) of leaders in our organization. We only ever do one meeting at a time, but the person scheduling the meeting changes with every meeting to accommodate people being away (vacations, etc). We’d rather just get one account (like zoom@ournonprofit.org) and share it among the small number of leaders rather than multiple accounts for cost reasons, despite the MFA hurdles that presents. More importantly, it appears that Zoom’s TOS prohibits sharing an account in this way. There are a few other queries similar to ours in this community, but the answers are not consistent. Some say absolutely yes, this violates the TOS. At least one (which for some reason today I see a “403 Forbidden We’re sorry, but you don’t have permission to access this content.” message when I try to view it), does not talk about it violating the TOS at all.Coul

I was just billed for another year but I don’t use the service and would like to request a refund.  How do I go about requesting this?

I want to get refund for accidental auto renewal. I am not willing to use this application this month 주문ID: MT1FLBZX4J
