I just made a mistake. Instead, I made a payment to continue the pro current plan with a total of 100 participants. I should have upgraded to 300 participants. How can I cancel the payment and choose to upgrade to a capacity of 300 participants?

Hello, I purchased Zoom Workplace Pro through Google Play and have already canceled the subscription. My account still shows the subscription as active until July 18, 2026. I would like to request an immediate cancellation and removal of the current subscription so that I can purchase a new Zoom Workplace Pro plan with 2 licenses directly from Zoom. Thank you.

I didnt made a payment for the period Jun 1, 2026 - Jun 30. And pro was suspended. But on 4th of july i made the payment from pending bills. But the zoom pro is not active yet. Since the pro version is prepaid, how is it appicable for zoom to bill me for an unused month and require me to make additional payment for new subscription?

Hello.I'm trying to sign up for Zoom, but accidentally checked the education account (under 12) for my email: ********@gmail.com . Now I can't continue my registration because I need to put some data about the education organization that I don't have…I can't reset it, and I can't create a support ticket without registration to unblock my account!I'm stuck on the registration procedure…And even when I create another account, this is HUGE problem to create a support ticket... It’s only possible to do it is using “request type:: Accounting”! BUT one thing matters. Since I created this ticket more than 5 months ago, there has been no answer to it for now!This is a trap in UX design, and I got in. How can this have happened in such a big and famous company?! And what should I do next?

Hello. I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it! After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens! Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom? Thank you so much! Marlene Ps I don't have any other Zoom downloads on my laptop, and i've cleared the cache.  I dunno what else to do!

I was very surprised and confused today when my subscription was suddenly extended and I was charged.Accordingly, I request that you cancel the card payment. I did not use the function at all. 

I am the owner of the account, I have logged in, in zoom using my google account, now I want to unlink it, and I want to set up a username and password instead. How can I do that ? I am seeing the option for other users, but for owner I am not sure how it is going to workout.

Small business so we don’t add users often, but has something change in zoom in the recent past? Azure provisioning for users is no longer working. New users to be provisioned and existing users are all showing the same error in the Azure log, which is clearly a false positive. These new users have never used their domain email with zoom before and why would it error out on existing users with this as well? This entry is being skipped, because it conflicts with an existing entry hosted in a different tenant of the target application. Almost nothing can be done, except possibly by the person corresponding to the entry. That person may have created a personal account in the target application, using her or his organizational email address, for example. So, unless the person can be contacted, and is willing to delete their pre-existing account, the conflict will persist. Date of Charge/Renewal: June 25, 2026 Reason for Request: I did not intend to renew this subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription in my billing settings, and I have not used any paid features since the renewal date. It is only fair to receive a refund for a service that was charged but remains unused. My account was downgraded on June 3d, 7 days prior to the paid period ended.On June 20th I was charged for a whole month from May 11th to June 10th, so I paid for a week with no service.I requested refund for the 7 days with no service.Please refund.Otherwise I will have to file for a chargeback, since I did not authorize this payment.I received several responses from customer support, each one with different  incorrect information, and now my case is closed and I cannot contact support, neither escalate the case.If I don’t get a refund, I’m filing for chargeback.

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. I was going to cancel  Zoom Pro today because I was feeling like the price of the Pro plan was too high for my infrequent use and not needing many of the features. When I clicked in to cancel, Zoom offered an option to go to a new Beta tier called Zoom One Basic Plus that's more like Basic but allows for extending up to 4 meetings/month to 80 minutes, so I decided to give that a try, but now I don't know how to use the meeting extensions and haven't been able to find any information about it in the support area so far. I realize I may be looking in the wrong place. Does anyone know more about this & could help me figure out how to use this new feature? 

Why is it so hard and complicated to cancel a subscription from this platform?

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment   Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you
