Hi, We have encountered an issue where a Zoom Room no longer shows a reoccurring meeting, but this meeting is still visible in the Microsoft Outlook calendars of the people who attend this meeting. Theres been no evidence of the meeting being cancelled, and checking the zoom portal outlook is set up to share its calendar with zoom for the people affected. Is there anything we can troubleshoot to prevent such an issue from happening or find out why the reoccurring meeting was removed from the Zoom Room? Thanks

Zoom will not open on my iMac with Sequoia OS.   I get an error message  "You can’t open the application “zoom.us” because this application is not supported on this Mac.I try to open it via Safari and I get distorted audio which seems to interfere with other members of meeting.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it does not work.

I recorded a meeting to the cloud, but at the time I did not have zoom Pro. Once the meeting was over I purchased the Pro option so I could get access to the cloud but I still can’t find the recording. Is there any way I can access the recording even though it was done before the cloud purchase. 

We are a medium size company with around 100 Zoom Rooms in the US - Trying to find out if Zoom Rooms fall under Ray Baums act for dialing 911.What I have tested and found so far Dialing 933 from a room that has not had a phone license assigned - call fails. most of our rooms have not been configured with an extension as dialing out would current count against zoom meeting phone call minutes - didn't require an extra phone license. If we assign a basic phone license it can dial 933 ( but then can not dial out otherwise ) - but it uses the default site address and does not follow settings for more specific e911 info ( I wanted to include the room number itself)   - even though there is an option to use a different address when you assign it a zoom phone license.I tried setting an unlimited license and it's still giving the programmed building address and not the address chosen in the drop down.Ideally I would like to have an emergency location added per Zoom Room&nbsp

HIAt time my wife and I will be at a zoom meeting- when we do one of fades in and out, depending how far that person is away from camera.Is there a setting to solve this issue?

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I know how to trim from start or end, but not how to cut out a few minutes from the middle of the recording.  Thank you! 

Hello, I work for an MSP that supports both Windows and Mac devices. Over the last month, we've noticed that users of specifically LENOVO devices (laptops) are experiencing an issue where their devices crash whenever they enter meetings. The devices lock up and need to be hard shut down and rebooted to operate again. We've tried reinstalling zoom, turning off hardware acceleration, making sure the device is up to date etc. This seems to be something related to how Zoom and Lenovo are interacting at the software level, but we need a solution ASAP, as this behavior is spreading across all client using Lenovo devices!

I am trying to setup a new zoom account for a new organisation. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no problem. I have sent them from another computer and no problem. Still not coming through from Zoom though. The server is not a corporate one and as I say, the email addresses are working fine in all other environments except for Zoom. HelloWe facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in.   We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help! Thanks

Zoom backgrounds can't be turned off even when turned off. why is the background blue all the time? Is this a programming mistake? How do I turn off the background so I can see my background?

What happens to local recording if a host changes during the meeting?  For example, one host starts the meeting and starts recording, then they need to leave so the alternate host takes over.  Will the recording be saved to the alt host's local or the original host?  Will it be a complete recording of the whole meeting if the original host leaves the Zoom meeting?

Is there a way in Zoom Phone to route calls automatically by caller phone number to go directly to an intercom? This would be useful for when our vendors call us.

When I tried to use my virtual backgrounds today all my choices are gone except blur and none. Can't figure out what happened. I checked my settings and my options were correct. I then signed out and back in. When I did that Zoom mentioned that there recently was a sign in from different location. I don't think I did that since I usually use same computer. To get back in I had a code. Could these issues be related?

I have a corporate licence - I'm an ordinary user.  I need to log into meetings from my corporate device so I can share screens and show documents but I would also like to be able to log in simultaneously from my tablet so I can draw diagrams with the pen because the corporate laptop has no touchscreen/pen.  This is simple to do in Google Chat but some meetings are in Zoom and, in Zoom, when I try to log into my tablet I am logged out from my laptop.  Is there a way to do this?

Hello, I'm trying to disable two-step verification, but nothing I do seems to work.I followed the steps below to enable and disable it:- Log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator.- In the navigation menu, click Advanced, then Security.- Under Security, click the Sign in with two-step verification toggle to enable or disable it.It's disabled, but Zoom still asks for the second code when I log in, the second step of the verification.
