I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

I use the zoom/google calendar extension on firefox. When I create a zoom meeting through google calendar, a coworker of mine is always automatically added as an alternative host. How can I prevent this? He keeps getting emails about meetings that are not relevant for him.

The zoom BOT ran through the order which I could not follow. Terms she used did not appear on my website for sure.Is there a quick, easy way to get enabled???I am not a bz, just me!Help please

Hi there I was the host of a meeting, one of the attendees hit record, I hit allow recording. The recording is not in my C-drive where my recordings usually save. Any suggestions / help would be hugely appreciated.

I did not have a paid subscription at the time of the last weeks zoom meeting in which I was a participant and not a host. Can I still watch the recorded zoom meeting? I do know it was definitely recorded. 

I am getting an echo, not all the time, but particularly when I am zooming with a particular person

Can I change the name of a meeting to correct an error in the name after the meeting?

Hello,I signed up for the 14-day free trial of Zoom Pro to evaluate the service. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation date, and the subscription automatically converted to a paid plan.The charge was made only about 5 days ago, and I have never used the paid service since the free trial ended.I have now canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges.Since this was an unintended automatic charge and only a few days have passed, I kindly request a one-time exception and a full refund of the subscription charge.I would sincerely appreciate your assistance with this refund.Thank you very much.

I recorded a meeting, and it couldn’t convert the recorded file. Every time, it fails at 21/22% without showing any error.

I am based in Singapore and a subscriber of Zoom Pro. Can someone please advise me on how to change my billing method to Bank Transfer instead of Credit card payment. This is a corporate policy to make all payments via bank transfers in my company, thus, this change is required.Please assist.

I also have been trying to cancel my subscription. I thought I cancelled it but realise that it has been running for nearly a year after I thought I cancelled. My group finished about a year ago but I noticed on my Barclaycard statement that I have been charged for a whole year after my group finished. Can someone please tell me how to cancel my subscription as I cannot afford to keep paying this money when I haven’t used it for nearly a year.

When pulling reports from Zoom, the polling report does not include any names and email. Is there any workaround for a fix? Kind Regards,ITSD

A question from a new user. I have set up weekly team meetings. Is it possible for meeting participants to help create a new agenda ahead of each meeting within Zoom, or do we have to do this externally?Many thanks.

Para ello, en primer lugar es necesario agregar la cuenta como usuario externo en el inquilino. Use otra cuenta.¿Alguien puede ayudar a saber que es lo que pasa y como solucionarlo?

I only want to get a ZOOM subscription for 6 months in advance. Is there a way to get a 6 month advance subscription except for 1-year subscription cancellation, monthly subscription?

I signed up for Zoom because I urgently needed it for one meeting. I intended to cancel Zoom, but as I recollect, I couldn't figure out how (I believe because I did not know which email was connected to my Zoom). Two years ago I came here asking for a refund. Zoom did not responsd, so I assumed there was nothing else I could do. I have seen others receive instructions to contact Billing by signing into the Zoom account, but please remember that this is not an option for me as I don't know which email address is attached to the account that's being charged, so I can't sign in.I've now been charged over $300 for a subscription I never wanted to keep. After I paid for it, I do not believe I ever even touched the free trial version (again, due to not knowing what email was connected to the free trial). Can someone please help me identify the account that's being billed? I can provide the charge amount, billing date, the last four digits of the card, and every email address I think might be

Hey AllWe’re using Zoom Rooms with a combination of Windows PCs, mobile touch panels, and the Neat.Bar BYOD model.When joining a Teams meeting, the buttons to turn the camera and microphone on and off appear, but the slider for adjusting the speaker volume does not show up.If anyone knows how to display the volume control, please let us know.We use a mobile touchscreen instead of a tablet as the controller because it’s more affordable, and due to internal security restrictions: we cannot use Android tablets, and iPads are difficult to manage.I’m aware that this can be done using the Room Controller on a smartphone or PC, but that’s too complicated for general users, so I’d like to handle everything directly on the touchscreen.

Windows 11; HP laptopWhen testing speakers I can’t hear the tone; Testing microphone work well, I can hear tone well. I switched to head phones, could hear but volume is very low even though my volume set to max. Feels like volume starts high and immediately goes down.Have no problem with speaker in other apps.Did anyone have similar problem, what was the solution? Thank you,
