HelloI normally join Zoom meetings by clicking on the link and everything works well but I wanted to try to join using the Zoom app instead to see the advantagesHowever, this leads to the app asking me for the meeting passcode but there isn't one Can anyone help please and please note that I'm not an advanced Zoom user nor the host Thanks

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

hi, my subscription was automatically renewed early in the morning. I would like to cancel the suscription and get full refund.Pls process it as soon as possible.

I didn't cancel my subscription, so the payment was made by mistake and I want to get a refund.

I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat.  I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully.  Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?  

We had an issue last year with one our mobile numbers being spoofed, we had to discard the number eventually as hundreds of people were being called and then calling us back (there were no calls made from us)Now this past week, 2 of our numbers have started receiving calls from people returning calls we haven’t made. We don’t seem to have support for our Zoom Phone service (other than ai chat).Anyone know what we can do? We’ve only ever had this issue since moving to Zoom. Many thanks

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly. Refer to what I have stated. Do not use any of billing responses (it is not what I asked/irrelevant/ generic).I am a long term user 8+ years. Hi, I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.Thank you,Deanna

I am signed in as admin and I cannot turn off the virtual background - any suggestions? I do not have the free version of Zoom, I pay for this and right now the virtual background is an issue.  I am not sure if this is where I should post my question, my apologies if this is the wrong place.  It worked on my Iphone but not my desktop - it is still saying Admin required which it is not. Thanks to whoever can help me.

When I attend a zoom class my image is extremely poor. It looks like I'm sitting at a card table in a poorly lit room which is smokey.  I'm really in a well lit room with no smoke. That's my first problem.  The 2nd thing I would like to install a background picture I haven chosen.

The desk phone of one of our users is beeping every 15 minutes or so. The phone is a Poly VVX250. I’ve replace the phone and patch cables, moved it to a different switch port, and rebooted the switch, but nothing seem sto help. I also set up another VVX250 in my office with the user’s extension and it too is beeping about every 15 minutes. So, it seems to be an issue with the user’s account or line. AI support was useless and my support plan doesn’t allow me to talk to humans, so I’m hoping someone here can help.

I regularly (1-2 a week) get added to webinars by random people/companies that I never asked to be joined to. Yes, they’re kind of in my industry (IT), but I never accept and often, when trying to get removed, end up in a loop I can’t get out of. Never used to get this with Zoom in previous years. Is there some setting I need to turn on/off? I get enough spam on my phone without having to deal with it on Zoom. Would have asked a rep, but appreantly the AI bot couldn’t figure out I was logged in and kept demanding I logged in before talking to a rep.

Hi All,In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen.  I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting.  For instance, I teach piano over Zoom.  When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on.  But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard.  So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen.  Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.
