I wanted to trim the last three minutes of a Zoom cloud recording. I thought I was supposed to mark the part of the recording to “Trim”, instead I only have remaining those 3 minutes that I didn’t want. I looked for guidance and could only find advice that I was supposed to return to the video and click on “restore”  there is no such option. I have now lost the entire recording except for the part i don’t want! How do i get it back?

Hello Zoom Team and Community,I'm reaching out to request an important feature for Arabic-speaking users of Zoom Workplace.Currently, when we type messages in Arabic (especially when mixed with English), the chat interface does not display them properly — the text alignment is left-to-right, which causes confusion and makes the messages hard to read. This affects not only readability but also the overall communication experience for Arabic users.It would be incredibly helpful if Zoom Workplace could support **right-to-left (RTL)** text rendering in chat, similar to how other platforms handle Arabic, Hebrew, and Persian. This is essential for teams working in multilingual environments and would make Zoom more inclusive and user-friendly.I hope this can be passed on to the product team, and I’d appreciate any updates or workarounds from the community in the meantime.Thank you!– Salah 

Hi all, I have a user who has limited options in Zoom Scheduler, as you can see in image 1. Myself and others have more features available within the Scheduler, as shown in image 2. I have confirmed that we all have the exact same 'Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus' license. I would like to know if there is something that needs to be enabled in the admin portal specifically for this user?Third image shows all licenses and features for the user in question and this is the same for all others. Thanks

This is so frustrating. We bought a license but it doenst work and have to speak to a chatbot.

Hi all, Manually adding members to a Call Queue's Voicemail Access Member list one at a time is very tedious and time consuming. Please can we have an option to automatically add all Call Queue Members into the Voicemail Access Member list? Or, at least let us add more than one user at a time and not have to click each little tick box for the permission we want to give them? Many thanks,D

Before anyone replies, please note that I personally understand how to navigate this issue and am not asking how to do it - I am merely recommending software improvement I work in IT classroom/conference/event support at a university, and a big part of my job is helping people set up hybrid meetings in Zoom.  I very frequently get asked for help screen sharing powerpoints, as the majority of users I help find the interaction to be very confusing.  And indeed, I believe it is unnecessarily cumbersome in 2 major ways -1. It is not intuitive to most people that they must put the powerpoint in full screen before sharing if they are using presenter mode while the computer is set to duplicate displays - and even if they aren't, people are often inclined to share the window rather than the screen, since they see the option to select powerpoint and think "oh, that's what I want to share."  The confusion increases when people switch between powerpoint presentations.2. Cropping in ZoomISO v3 is a great feature. However, please add cropping capability of handles, and grabbing. So the user can mouse over the video frame and grab a frame handle to resize and zoom. Then grab the frame to move. The x/y slider control is too slow (but don’t replace it). See the UI design in Livestream Studio 6 for reference. BTW - great job on v3!!

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.Please help restore this feature to my account. 

Hi,I have a problem with the video quality of the Zoom meeting I have a pro version of Zoom. In the setting, I have enabled Group HD video and still, I´m receiving/sending only 320 x 180/640 x 360 resolution.  Video quality is like from 15 years ago, not even HD. Am I doing something wrong or is this quality normal?Internet is not the problem my internet is download speed is  Mbps 100, upload speed is Mbps 78. Laptops are connected on the same network and still have the same quality.

Date of Charge/Renewal: June 25, 2026 Reason for Request: I did not intend to renew this subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription in my billing settings, and I have not used any paid features since the renewal date. It is only fair to receive a refund for a service that was charged but remains unused. Denying a refund under these circumstances does not feel like a fair transaction; it feels like a forced sale.Please review my account and advise if a refund can be issued for this charge.Thank you for your assistance.

My account was downgraded on June 3d, 7 days prior to the paid period ended.On June 20th I was charged for a whole month from May 11th to June 10th, so I paid for a week with no service.I requested refund for the 7 days with no service.Please refund.Otherwise I will have to file for a chargeback, since I did not authorize this payment.I received several responses from customer support, each one with different  incorrect information, and now my case is closed and I cannot contact support, neither escalate the case.If I don’t get a refund, I’m filing for chargeback.

My recurring meetings have disappeared from App home page. they were there this morning and now gone. I can still see them on the desktop app and the links still work when clicke don to join but when I click open IOS zoom app they do not show on the home page - they have disappeared.I have about 10 recurring meeting all set to ‘no fixed time’. Can anyone tell me how to get them back showing in the app please? Thanks
