Hi everyone! Thx for taking the time to help.So the thing is a few days ago I tried to use Zoom again after a few years, to give an online music lesson to a student of mine. After updating it to the lastest versión available, I connected my external soundcard (M  Audio Air 192 - 4) and correctly adjusted zoom´s audio setup to work with it, selecting my device as both the audio input and output. After that, I tried the usual tests in Zoom setup, and everything seemed to be working just fine: my voice was going into the software and out through the speakers, so I could hear myself clearly.Then, I proceded to Host a Meeting, but noticed a warning saying my Audio wasn´t connected. I tried everything, from rechecking the audio setup from Zoom´s config, to reinstalling it and changing every config on my Windows audio setup, but everything seems to be working normally except Zoom. I even tried Google Meet and encountered no problem with the audio inputs and outputs. It ocurred to me then that

My login report shows different times than the ones scheduled for the meetings. What's the reason?

I am with an academic institution that offers an Enterprise version of Zoom, which I access through Google Chrome on a Mac.  My default settings are to record every meeting in the cloud.  However, I noticed today that all my meetings are "disappearing" and I cannot find a "trash" icon on the web-based view to recover.  Has something changed recently?  Can someone help me find my "lost" recordings?

Zoom has started enlarging or zooming in the video and appears to randomly move about. Dual streamed, for a while now, via VMIX to a different output where things look completely different. The same video feed is supplying both outputs and have for the longest time been exactly the same. Now Zoom looks horrible, very close up and the motion seems weird and random. It almost looks like an AI is trying to focus on some preferred point. This is new, and I don’t know what is causing it.

if you create a Shared Space and choose one of the default channels you have created (where every member of the organization is in the default channel) to add the members, does the Shared Space get updated each time a new employee is added to the default channel?

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Zoom to stay connected with friends while gaming, but I’ve been running into an issue where my audio randomly cuts out during longer sessions. It usually starts fine, but after a while, either my mic stops working or I can’t hear others clearly.I’m using a USB headset on Windows 11, and it works fine outside of Zoom, so I’m not sure what’s causing the issue. Could this be related to Zoom settings, background apps, or something with audio drivers?For context, I usually play lighter games like Stick War Legacy, and I’ve also tested modded versions (Stick War Legacy Mod APK) from sources like stickwarmods. The gameplay itself runs fine, but the issue seems to appear specifically when I’m on Zoom during longer sessions.Has anyone else experienced this while gaming and found a fix?

I have staff that work different shifts from week one to week two.  I watched the tutorial on Rotational Schedules but that was specific to multiple agents on a single rotational schedule.  In the rotational schedule, how can I assign a single user to multiple shifts?

Hey. I can't find my recent zoom recordings

When I start a zoom meeting and click Livestream to FB and I click option to my profile timeline and public, FB is only showing it to me and another person. I have friends who don't have this issue on FB. So what am I doing wrong! Chat gpt says I can't do it to a profile only to a page.

We do multiple webinars every month.  Attendees have to register and then use their link to access the webinar.  I have an attendee who shows they are in attendance but they are not able to access the webinar.  They can’t use the link again because it says they are already an attendee.  If I remove them, it says they won’t be able to rejoin.  This has happened to this attendee more than once.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing two recurring issues with Zoom that are affecting my work, and I haven’t been able to get proper support.I previously opened a support ticket, but it was closed due to a delayed response. The issue is still happening, and I’m currently unable to reopen the case. The chatbot has not been helpful in resolving this or connecting me to technical support.1. Cursor disappearing issue:During meetings, my cursor randomly disappears on my screen (while sharing), but participants can still see it. This happens frequently and lasts around 10 seconds.I use two monitors (laptop + external display), and the issue only affects the Zoom screen.2. Instant meeting issue:When I start an instant meeting using “New Meeting”, participants cannot join and receive the message:“The host has another meeting in progress.”This does NOT happen in scheduled meetings. I am a paid user, and this issue is directly impacting my work.If anyone knows how I can reopen my support case or reach

May I ask if you may let others who can’t download zoom to just use the same page for the meetings.I have a problem with downloading with this device.It is the only option I can use.

It would be great if we could use the AI Companion on the main Hub to search across the notes/transcripts from multiple meetings. Example queries: What are my action items from the past week of “Meeting ABC” What were the requirements for the TDD I’m supposed to write this week from the “Meeting ABC”We can search through notes, but only if we know exactly which notes they are in, sometimes I just know what meeting the discussion happened in. 

after mac os update tahoe 26.3. updated zoom to latest client as well. restarted, re-installed multiple times. every app is working except zoom. zoom just shows a continuous loader after clicking meeting link. same thing used to work in morning.

I am studying at Australia Catholic University, and I want to use Zoom meetings to work and collaborate to complete Group projects. It is going to be my first time sharing Zoom links with my colleagues for any upcoming group projects and assignments.

I am also having a problem with Goodstack.  They denied my 501c3 discount request and have ignored the additional information I provided.They have miscategorized our organization. We have been given the 50% dicount for the past three years. The category they placed our organization into is inaccurate, and honestly, I believe it is simply a tactic to avoid giving the discount to as many non-profits as possible. Seems very shortsighted in my opinion, but perhaps this is why Zoom ended their relationship with TechSoup and engaged an even less responsive and unhelpful 3rd party vendor?  GoodStack has not responded to the additional information I provided and appeal for the discount on 4/7/26. They did, however, accept all the documentation I provided that verifies my 501c3 status. If the Zoom POC on this vendor relationship with GoodStack could be made aware, it would be appreciated. Отменила на следующий день, когда пришел счет на оплату. Сейчас мне приходят письма, чтобы я оплатила задолженность. В кабинете написано, что тариф отменится через год. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как мне сейчас отменить годовой план и чтобы письма с требованием оплаты перестали ко мне приходить.
