When I start a meeting, it automatically open in full screen mode. Is there a way to change this? I'm not referring to sharing a screen, it's when I start a meeting.

I am not sure if anyone can assist me but I don't know where else to go. I have Zoom Business for my organization and have been using it for many years. This year I called in to get 2 licenses removed as we were no longer going to need them. Apparently, the management portal does not allow me to change the licenses on my own because it is a business account. The rep said they would not be able to help me so they escalated it to a manager. I met with the manager and they gave me a new quote which I signed. Then, three weeks later when our renewal date arrived, I was not billed what I signed up for but instead over-billed what the advertised rate was on the site. (The website shows $18.33 per month per license and I am being charged $19.00). I reached out to the support people and they said I had to talk to my account rep, who I never met before until now. I am hosting a webinar but do not want attendees to be able to see/use the "raise hand" button. How do I remove that option for a webinar? Also, is it possible to prevent other panelists from seeing the # of participants/attendees and their names? Thank you

I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. In Webbrowser (Firefox) login to zoom.us and navigate to "Meetings" - "Schedule a Meeting"2. Add *********** in "Invitees"3. The “Live Streaming” alert that shows up when using the Fathom app is confusing and inaccurate. Fathom is not live streaming to a public platform — it’s recording for private transcription. I can schedule a Recurring Meeting but it dis not show up on the recurring dates.  Only the initial meeting shows.  This behavior occurs on the Windows desktop app and the web app.   Are the meetings actually being scheduled?  How can I confirm this if I can't see them on the Upcoming page? Zoom Workspace is V 6.3.5 (54827)  dated 1/7/2025.

I have two numbers and two plans. One plan is metered and the other is an add-on basic plan.I want each number to go to a different extension number but can't figure out how to set this up.I created a second user account but can't assign the second number to it as it says I need another metered plan to do this. How do I set up the numbers to go to separate extensions?Can I use the same user and assign more than one extension?Can each extension have a different greeting?

Good morning, I’d like to ask a question regarding the use of Zoom Meetings. Is it possible to check through the logs whether a user has used the “Lock Meeting” option? I need to understand if there is a way to verify whether that feature was used or not.Thank you.

I share my computer audio quite frequently, and about 9/10 times, it works just fine. However, sometimes I get this "To share your computer audio, please install the zoom audio device" message, asking for my username and password. If I click cancel, it shows that I'm sharing my computer sound, but participants can't hear what I'm playing. If I enter my password, everything on my end goes silent. I can't hear my own audio that I'm playing, or anything from the participants, but they can hear my audio. It seems the only resolution is for me to enter my password, leave zoom, and come back in.  As you might guess, this is EXTREMELY inconvenient and frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to why this happens?

I'd like to upgrade from Workplace Pro to Workplace Business Plus.  I don't see it as an option from the web portal under Plans and Billing>Plan Management. When I click the Manage button next to my current plan (Pro) it only gives me the option to upgrade to Pro Plus. Is there another place to upgrade to Business Plus? When I sign out and then navigate to plan pricing, I can add it to my cart for $269.90 annually however when asked to create an account or sign in, I select sign in and then the ability to add to cart disappears. Any help is much appreciated. I recently paired my new Airpods Pro with my PC, and it is the default speaker/microphone. When I am in a Zoom meeting, I do not hear anything (nor can anyone hear my mic), even when the Zoom settings show I am connected to my Airpods. Volume is up everywhere. I have manually changed the mic/headphones within Zoom setting. I test speaker and microphone and no sound comes through my airpods  This is ONLY a Zoom issue (no trouble hearing any other audio on my PC) and it's not happening with the Zoom app on my phone. 

Hello, ProblemI'm using my Airpods Pro 2 to take Zoom calls on my PC running Windows 11. Despite keeping the volume to 100%, I can barely hear what the others are saying only in a Zoom call. When I'm playing audio via Spotify windows app, or Youtube via browser, 20% volume is sufficient to provide that clarity. When I keep Spotify playing on the side with say 30% volume and open Zoom settings -> Audio, there is a pause in the playback and then the audio playing via Spotify becomes barely audible. The loudness drops drastically (despite keeping 100% volume) only on Zoom calls or Zoom audio settings. 100% volume on Zoom feels like 20% or less in other apps. The mic output seems fine though. Am unable to enable the Virtual Background in my android tab. I tried changing my settings - ( meeting advanced- enabled virtual background) but still it doesn't gives me the option of virtual background in the "more" option at the right bottom on the meeting screen. How can I sort it out? 

I am paying monthly for the PRO but only have access to the Free and can only talk for 40 minutes.

I have to say, trying to find anyone to speak to at ZOOM is a bigger challenge than climbing Rushmore.  I am hoping someone can help me here.  When people are in my waiting room, it still displays my old company name.  Everything I find tells me my new company name is on the account.  How can I change this??

I tried both Cisco ATA-191 and Grandstream HT-802 ATAs -- neither worked, and both are in the supported devices droplist. I'm trying to convert a phone in our lift to allow calls (for elevator inspection). The analog phone line connects to the ATA and the ATA shows "NET" and allows logging in with a webpage, so it's online.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Seeing a bug in Linux where I'm unable to pin meeting participants as a cohost. When I mouse-hover on the "Pin" option in the right-click menu on the meeting pane, I see a tooltip: "Pinning is currently unavailable due to the high number of meeting participants." This is happening in meetings with less than 20 people. Seems like a bug!

Today I planned a new meeting and then I wanted, as usual, copy the link and send an Email from my GMail-Account. New: the link to the meeting isnt shown any more?? I can´t copy it out?Sorry, that is a nogo! I am obvisously being forced to use the zoom-internal Mailsystem to invite people. Sorry, can´t do since due to DSGVO (Datasecurity in Germany) I am not allowed to share Email of my clients.I have not yet figured out if there is another way to find the link.Any help on where I can get this is very apprechated.Dirk

Can someone verify if I've received a real or fake email from zoom. It was sent to my work address with the subject: New Meeting Invite: Quarterly Performance Review. The message inside the email says: This is a reminder that your scheduled Zoom meeting will begin in a few minutes.  There is no meeting ID/number. It's just a link that says, "Join Zoom Meeting" and the address it was sent from is:noreply at meet-zoom.us I didn't click on the link, but I copied it. It's a very long address that begins with http://us-api.mimecast.com.kb4.io   

Hi,We have BLF keys on our Poly phones but they are not showing up on the workplace windows or phone app. We are only able to see the parked lines. How do we display the blf keys so users can call each other and see their line status.

I am signed in as admin and I cannot turn off the virtual background - any suggestions? I do not have the free version of Zoom, I pay for this and right now the virtual background is an issue.  I am not sure if this is where I should post my question, my apologies if this is the wrong place.  It worked on my Iphone but not my desktop - it is still saying Admin required which it is not. Thanks to whoever can help me.

I'm currently using Zoom on a dual monitor setup. I've come to like having my video full screen on one monitor with the chat and participants boxes in a particular position on the other monitor. Currently, I have to re-set this up each time I sign into a meeting. Is there a way to set my configuration as default so that it loads in with those windows open and where I want them each time I enter a new meeting?  Thanks,HVance

My profile status is constantly saying "In a Calendar Event" so people are not contacting me because of it. How do I change/remove this status?
