The end survey only appears on the lobby and the thank you emails, it would be more visible if the companion app would redirect attendees to it directly, would it be possible to add this as a new feature please?

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

Hi Zoom Community,Wondering if anyone else is running into this glitch.Today (06.09.25), I noticed that my chat options changed unexpectedly during a Zoom session. Behind the scenes, all of my meeting settings allow participants to chat publicly and privately (host only, everyone, and individual participants). However, as soon as someone else joined my meeting, the private chat options disappeared. The only option available was to chat with everyone.I double-checked my Zoom settings—everything is enabled to allow full chat functionality. To troubleshoot, I set up a test session and had someone join. As soon as they entered the room, the same thing happened: chat instantly defaulted to “Everyone” only, and all private chat options were removed.Private messaging is a key part of how I facilitate training sessions, so this is a major disruption.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Would love to know if there’s a fix or if this is a known bug.Thanks in advance,Lenore

Hello, Is it possible to embed the registration form directly on the webinar plus event landing page, so that a user does not need to visit two pages to register? The regular webinar registration page does this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it on the webinar plus.  Thank you

Hi, I have a support ticket open regarding this but I figured I’d ask here as well.I have an elevator phone that’s using a cell line to call a hard phone in my Zoom tenant. The caller ID is showing up as “Potential Risk”. I understand that this is often due to it being marked as spam in the various spam databases queried by carriers, including Zoom, and there’s not much I can do since I don’t own the calling number. I’m working with the party that owns it but it’s a slow process. I’m curious if there’s anything I can do within my Zoom tenant to ignore these calls being marked as spam? Instead of showing up as “Potential Risk” I would like them to show up either as their caller ID or a contact name. I’ve tried making a contact on the called phone and it didn’t seem to help. I’m not even entirely sure where these calls are getting marked, I can’t find any mention of “Potential Risk” in Zoom’s knowledge base so it may be another carrier overwriting the caller ID.Thanks

Zoomのウェビナー機能を使用して、企業説明会を実施しました。当ウェビナーではホスト以外にも複数の社員がパネリストとして登壇して企業説明会を実施しました。ホストが画面共有をしながら説明を行ったのですが、他のパネリストのカメラがONの状態になっていたにも関わらず、一般参加者の画面の方でパネリストのカメラが表示されず、ホストのカメラと画面共有されている画面のみ映っている状態となりました。画面共有をOFFにすると他のパネリストのカメラも表示されるものの、再びホストが画面共有を行うと、パネリストのカメラが表示されなくなってしまいます。こちらの原因をお伺いできますでしょうか。 

Hi - I have been creating polls since June 2025 and every time, I add a poll as “save as webinar poll.”  Just today, that option is no longer there.  Has anyone else experienced this?  And how do I save as a webinar poll?!  Thank you!!

Hello.   Currently I have AI companion which I use to record and transcribe calls and feed into my AI machine to help create next steps, project plans and follow up emails.  The challenge I have is when I do not set the call up using my Zoom account or I am on TEAMS or Google Meet, I cannot get the benefits of using AI Companion.  I am thinking I need to look into another product such as OTTER, but before i do I wanted to know if any of you know if it is possible to invite the AI companion to meetings you are having outside of your zoom account and in Google Meet and Teams. I appreciate any feedback anyone can provide.

Buen día, entiendo qué el error es mío por no leer la política de reembolso, pero jamás me imagine qué una empresa importante se comporte así, me invitaron a una reunión por zoom, bueno, luego me toco crearla a mi, y al no tener un pago me sacó, está bien, la hice desde 0, pague y todo bien, sentí ser justo. Luego olvide cancelarlo, zoom es algo qué no uso y no volvería usar. Paso el mes y se cobro en automático, he intentado una devolución y la respuesta ha sido NO. Un servicio qué no usaré, qué no estoy interesado. No recibí un correo anticipando el cobro, a veces pasa y a todos nos ha pasado qué se olvida una subscripción y a veces se envía un correo para recordar la renovación. Sí pasaba eso, en ese momento lo hubiera cancelado. No hago reuniones por llamada. Alguien de aquí alguna vez recibió devolución, me siento molesto y lo considero injusto, creo qué los casos deberían estudiarse. 

I was so happy and impressed with the Meeting Summary notes that Zoom's AI Companion shared after the calls this past year. However, something absolutely changed since 04/20/2025. Now, my meetings notes are much shorter and only receive 1-3 summarized paragraphs instead of the usual 7-10 that I was receiving before. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

Hello, Since my last update, my background has been blurred on my MacBook Air (Ventura 13.6.9). I am using Zoom workplace version 6.3.5, but I have had this issue on the previous Zoom update as well. No virtual backgrounds are enabled or any other effects. I do not have this issue with Zoom work place on my i phone or my i pad. I have read the threads about the Face Time camera settings being the issue, but it works fine on my phone and I pad, so I assume this isn't the issue....

Does anyone have any idea as to why starting this week Zoom is telling you (in a very loud voice) that you are "muted" "unmuted"? I can't find a way to stop it from telling me. 

Hi, I joined a Zoom meeting as a guest (not signed in). The host was having trouble recording, so I selected "Record" on my side. I heard the Zoom audio message confirming that the recording had started.When the meeting ended, I lef the meeting, and I never saw any message about it processing or saving. But I did see a message to sign in to see your recording. No file shows up on my device and nothing appears in my Zoom account.Is it possible to recover this recording in this situation — when the participant was a guest and the recording may not have finished processing?Any guidance would be appreciated, I cannot get any live person from Zoom to help me.Sent from my iPhone

줌에서 보안설정 변경은 유료회원만 변경 가능한가요?앱에서는 전혀 변경이 안 되고 데스크 버젼에서도 일부만 변경 가능 한 듯 합니다 (전에는 무료회원도 가능한걸로 알고 있는데 바뀐건가요?)

I want to share my screen and give remote access to the Zoom participants. I used to be able to do that under the Share function. Now I can't find that option.  Thank you!

This time, however, I received an invoice for $194, and I do not understand why the amount has increased. I am not sure whether this is due to higher taxes or some other reason.First, I did not intend to renew and pay for another full year. Second, I do not understand why the price has increased and why I am now required to pay this invoice.I would like to switch to a monthly subscription and pay on a month-to-month basis instead of annually.However, I am currently unable to cancel my subscription or change my plan because I am being asked to pay the $194 invoice first.My question is: why? I used Zoom and paid for a full year in advance. That year has now ended. We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.
