Can any help

Hi, last week I used Zoom Pro account (for 100 participants) and I could create small group chat with a few participants in my meeting. Then my Zoom Pro account expires and I joined a team (organization), now I can host meeting with 300 participants. But I could no longer create small group chat in my meeting anymore. Now the chat windows doesn’t have the button to “create new chat”, instead I could only chat in the same windows like the old Zoom (2 years ago).Does anyone face the same problem?

The Zoom AI Companion is using incorrect pronouns in the meeting summary. Please update the logic used for determining pronouns to either use the pronouns provided by the user within their Zoom account and/or always use gender neutral pronouns.

Hello,I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Zoom support.I have been trying to reach a human representative regarding a billing issue involving the automatic renewal of my Large Meeting 500 Participants add-on. Unfortunately, I have only received automated responses and have not been able to speak with anyone from the support team.The add-on renewed on June 10, 2026, and I canceled it on June 16, 2026. I simply forgot to cancel it before renewal, and the feature has not been used since then. I am requesting that my case be reviewed by a real person and considered for a one-time courtesy refund.What concerns me even more is the lack of access to genuine support. I would like seek any possible way to look for the missing part of the recording. The internet was not really stable. There was a 6 hour session and needed to be recorded. However, there were only 4.5 hours videos. I did not realize that the recording stopped for the last one hour.....I recorded to the local computer...... I am desperate to find the solution to get back the last hour video. Is there any way I could do? It is very important lecture for the exam... @RecordingIssues 

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing a persistent issue on my Windows laptop and would appreciate your help.Since I bought my device (HP OmniBook 7 Laptop 17-dc0xxx, Windows 11), two host/co‑host controls are completely missing in every meeting:- The option to *lower a participant’s raised hand* does not appear at all.- The option to *Ask to unmute* for muted participants is also missing.These options are simply not there — they do not show up in the participant list or anywhere else.When I join the same meetings from my Samsung phone, everything works normally. The problem exists *only* on my laptop.My current Zoom version on Windows is: *Zoom Workplace 7.0.2 (34412)*.To troubleshoot, I have already done the following:- Uninstalled Zoom from the Microsoft Store and reinstalled it.- Uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it directly from the Zoom website.- Restarted my laptop.Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.Could you please advise what might be causing these two co

is there any way to change the settings on the appearance of the CC/Live Transcriptions during a meeting?i’m using the web browser client. there were two tiny lines, squashed to 1/10th of the screen width, and they kept changing order as different people were speaking.  there wasn’t any way to resize the caption area, or change font size/colour/background.  (that i could find, anyway.)  is that it??? 

Can’t restore down or maximize zoom workplace home window. I can't adjust it the way I want. In fact, it's bigger than my desktop.

User from the Unied States is able to join the meeting hosted in Taiwan. Her screen showed Error Code 1142.  I checked “approved or blocked entry for users from specific countries/regions” settings, but it cannot help.  How can I fix the problem?

I was the host of a webinar where the Interpretation feature was enabled for Spanish. One of my colleagues was recording the session locally on her computer (not to the cloud) while listening to the Spanish interpretation channel as a guest participant.During the webinar, there was an issue related to the VPN connection on her work computer. Although she remained in the session, the local recording stopped unexpectedly. Once she noticed the issue, she manually started the recording again.Unfortunately, only the second part of the recording was saved, and we appear to have lost approximately one hour from the beginning of the webinar.We would like to know whether there is any way to recover the missing portion of the local recording. Is it possible that temporary recording files were created and could still be recovered, or are there any troubleshooting steps you would recommend?

Hey community, I'm an online music teacher and I conduct all my practical classes via Zoom meetings. Recently, my students have started complaining that the background tracks I play from Spotify sound very muffled and low-quality due to Zoom's audio compression on Android. On top of that, sudden loud ads during a live lesson are becoming highly embarrassing for me as a professional. Since I use an Android phone for my setup, is there any way to bypass this compression and stream crisp, ad-free music? Are there any specific app modifications or configurations that fellow musicians use here? I am currently trying to troubleshoot this using some audio optimization guides from Soundify  but any direct workaround for Android would be a lifesaver.Thanks in advance!

Can i use zoom slides like a whiteboard in my class?I want to have my spanish lesson slides, then make notes with a stylus on my tablet like a whiteboard writing on top of each slide and everyone see what I am writing live and hear what in saying. Then go th the next slide and do it again.I'm using a nice android tablet and stylus,I have all my slides for class already made, but I'm not sure what to do next. Please help..

We created a webinar in Webinars Plus. On the registration page it is displaying our “event organizer” details which includes our company name, address and phone number. Previously I was told that this was required to display in order to enable attendees from India to join my event.  I unchecked the box agreeing that I was to enable attendees from India to join my event. Previously this would hide the event organizer details, but now it’s not.  Has anyone taken the steps successfully hide the event organizer info?

I can't get AI Meeting Summary to work with my Zoom meetings. The Meeting Summary and/or AI Companion icon never appears.Our license is for Zoom Workplace Business and I have confirmed that AI Companion is included in this license.  I have triedturning on and off Meeting Summary automatically in settings. I have tried this with Scheduled meetings and with impromptu meetingsWhile creating a scheduled meeting, under the options section, I do not have a Meeting Summary optionI have tried turning on every AI Companion option availableI have tried creating completely new meetings after every change to test. All my tests are in the most up to date Zoom Workplace app (version 6.2.3)Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you,Cody 

Hi everyone! 👋We’ve noticed that during Zoom meetings, the participant filmstrip shrinks when someone starts sharing their screen, even though we set it larger initially. It sometimes resets again if another participant shares.Is there a way to lock the participant video size throughout the meeting or recording so it doesn’t shrink unexpectedly?Would love to hear how others handle this layout issue, especially for recorded sessions.

Hello,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with my Zoom display name.In my Zoom profile, my full name is correctly set to damien( ...Full first name and name). However, every time I join a meeting, my display name shows up as "damie".I’ve already tried the following:Verified that my Zoom profile (on the web) shows the correct full name.Checked the settings in the Zoom desktop app.Despite this, Zoom continues to display "damie" by default when I join new meetings.I'm using a free Zoom account, so I don't have access to direct support.Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my correct full name appears automatically in all meetings?Thank you in advance for your help!

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap JVC ones with a lead which I plug into the audio socket on the laptop (there’s no microphone socket, so no chance of me putting it in the wrong one by mistake). Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workspace, so it must be the latest version. I have looked through all the Audio settings, nothing seems to be incorrect (and the microphone is enabled by default). I would like to buy some new Bluetooth headphones, but I am frightened that after spending money I will still have the same problem.

Hi, I use my Zoom AI Companion to record and take notes of my Teams meetings as well. I just got a new laptop and for some reason it does not record the other participants in my Teams meeting now - it only records and keeps the transcript for me. How do I fix this issue? Thanks Bob
