Refund for Refund on Zoom Pro Plan Cancellation today

Hello,

I signed up for the 14-day free trial of Zoom Pro to evaluate the service. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation date, and the subscription automatically converted to a paid plan.

The charge was made only about 5 days ago, and I have never used the paid service since the free trial ended.

I have now canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges.

Since this was an unintended automatic charge and only a few days have passed, I kindly request a one-time exception and a full refund of the subscription charge.

I would sincerely appreciate your assistance with this refund.

Thank you very much.

    Hello @Daniel Jin,

Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.

For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
