local recording failing at a certain point (21/22%)

I recorded a meeting, and it couldn’t convert the recorded file. Every time, it fails at 21/22% without showing any error.

    Hi @Md Mehedi Hasan Sun,

We’re glad to have you here!

If your local recording conversion keeps failing around 21–22%, try a manual conversion from the raw .zoom file.

    Manual convert (local recording)

    1. Open the meeting’s recording folder and find the file named like double_click_to_convert_01.zoom.
    2. Windows: open that file with zTscoder.exe located here: C:\Users\<your Windows username>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin
    3. macOS: use the Transcode app inside the Zoom app package to convert the .zoom file.
