I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.  

I recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

HelloI normally join Zoom meetings by clicking on the link and everything works well but I wanted to try to join using the Zoom app instead to see the advantagesHowever, this leads to the app asking me for the meeting passcode but there isn't one Can anyone help please and please note that I'm not an advanced Zoom user nor the host Thanks

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

I didn't cancel my subscription, so the payment was made by mistake and I want to get a refund.

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly. Refer to what I have stated. Do not use any of billing responses (it is not what I asked/irrelevant/ generic).I am a long term user 8+ years. I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂
