안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.저는  계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 Zoom 구독 프로 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.해당 결제는 2025년 12월 04일  오후 1시 26분에 이루어졌으며, 쿠폰 사용에 대한 테스트로 1년 구독을 눌렀으나쿠폰 관 무관하게 바로 결제가 되어 버렸습니다.앞으로도 계속 사용중이니 부디 결제된 234,726 Won에 대해서는 환불 처리를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly. Refer to what I have stated. Do not use any of billing responses (it is not what I asked/irrelevant/ generic).I am a long term user 8+ years. Previously customer service was good, could make a 10 minutes solved on the spot. Now it i

Anyone else seeing this issue with certain Poly X Gear? Getting hit with the following: 

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?

Hi, I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.Thank you,Deanna

I am signed in as admin and I cannot turn off the virtual background - any suggestions? I do not have the free version of Zoom, I pay for this and right now the virtual background is an issue.  I am not sure if this is where I should post my question, my apologies if this is the wrong place.  It worked on my Iphone but not my desktop - it is still saying Admin required which it is not. Thanks to whoever can help me.

When I attend a zoom class my image is extremely poor. It looks like I'm sitting at a card table in a poorly lit room which is smokey.  I'm really in a well lit room with no smoke. That's my first problem.  The 2nd thing I would like to install a background picture I haven chosen.

The desk phone of one of our users is beeping every 15 minutes or so. The phone is a Poly VVX250. I’ve replace the phone and patch cables, moved it to a different switch port, and rebooted the switch, but nothing seem sto help. I also set up another VVX250 in my office with the user’s extension and it too is beeping about every 15 minutes. So, it seems to be an issue with the user’s account or line. AI support was useless and my support plan doesn’t allow me to talk to humans, so I’m hoping someone here can help.

I regularly (1-2 a week) get added to webinars by random people/companies that I never asked to be joined to. Yes, they’re kind of in my industry (IT), but I never accept and often, when trying to get removed, end up in a loop I can’t get out of. Never used to get this with Zoom in previous years. Is there some setting I need to turn on/off? I get enough spam on my phone without having to deal with it on Zoom. Would have asked a rep, but appreantly the AI bot couldn’t figure out I was logged in and kept demanding I logged in before talking to a rep.

Hi All,In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen.  I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting.  For instance, I teach piano over Zoom.  When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on.  But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard.  So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen.  Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Request refund for recent unused renewal charge

Just went live this week on ZCC.  I need to give my agents access to a dashboard for their queue.  I find it hard to believe there is no way to block the Default Supervisor Dashboard.  There is information on that dashboard that we don’t want agents seeing such as proficiency.  

It is about a zoom setting that I try and test now for several weeks and it does not work. What is needed is that the one participant shares screen without sound and another participant shares only sound simultaneously.Host settings are done: "Multiple participants can share simultaneously". All tests result in the message "you can not share audio whilst another screen is already shared.Anyone has an idea? Would be very helpful.Frank

 Hello,I was charged today for an automatic renewal of my Zoom subscription, which I did not intend to continue.As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription. I have a Zoom App in development currently showing as in draft and shareable internally within my organisation. Until a few days ago, I was able to complete the oauth flow for both the production and development client id and my app would show in the Zoom marketplace “Added Apps” as installed in both cases in the relevant tab “Apps in Production” and “Apps in Development” and it would show in the “Apps” section of the Zoom client. Since yesterday, with the app uninstalled, when I try to install the development app again I do not see the consent screen, the oauth flow succeeeds (I get a code back and exchange successfully for a token) but the app neiter appears on the marketplace under “Added Apps → “Apps in Development” nor in the Zoom Client under “Apps”. I have been looking this up and so far nothing conclusive. I did ask my Admin whether a setting has been changed on their side (not sure if their is a setting that would influence this?). I was wondering if people have experienced th

Hi,I have setup a Zoom event with ‘Registration required’ and have shared the registration link, which has resulted in a number of registrations being received.We have a VIP group that don’t want to register individually, hence we would like to send them a Group join link instead.Unfortunately Zoom only displays the Group join link when the ‘Registration required’ option is unticked.My question is the following:If I untick the ‘Registration required’ option temporarily and copy the displayed group join link, without saving this change, will this group join link work if I send the link to the VIP group? Hence is this a viable workaround to have both registrations and a group join link?
