Hello everyone, 1. I published my first webinar event, now what should I email the moderators and speakers.   What do they need to do?2. Is best that speakers send their content to the moderator or should the speakers be given share access on the day of the event?What is your experience?

Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from our current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones likey cisco 9861 or poly e550. \1) Can I set a BLF button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours for the auto attendant? We often stay late or arrive early and want the ability to answer calls. Is there another easy way to accomplish this?2) I have two employees who work from home on occasion. Can I setup two phones for each of those users without paying an additional monthly fee? As I understand it, a user can have 3 devices - just confirming. We will all share a single number.3) I currently have workplace pro that I use just for zoom meetings. I see I can mix and match plans. So could I buy the 15 unlimited plan for 3 employees then the pro plus for myself to add zoom meetings capability?4) Can I create 4 park locations. For example, 70, 71, 72, 73 then easily park a call in that location? Thank you very much for your time.

I installed zoom 6.60 on ubuntu 22.04 LTS. This was not able to open a meeting window when joining to a meeting. After uninstalling zoom, installing zoom version 6.1.11 and upgrading to zoom 6.6.0 it worked. What is the reason and what can i do to make zoom 6.6.0 work directly?

Hi, I am having troubles to join a meeting on Ubuntu with a version larger than 6.3.11 (7212).The connection to the meeting works fine, but after following the link or enter meeting ID and passcode nothing happens. Nothing in the logs, no hidden window or process. It was a bit tricky, but I managed to install download and install 6.3.11 (7212). Considering the Cisco 9861. I looked through the feature list provided by  zoom. I see that aim call parking and group call pickup are not available on the cisco 9800 series. Any idea when/if they are coming? To clarify, aim call parking allows a blf key to be used to park a call and then another can retrieve it. With respect to group call pickup, if it is not supported, does this mean that these phones cannot answer a call the rings to a group? Thanks

Is there a way to have closed captioning always enabled at a system level, without having to request this be turned on by the meeting host in each meeting?

Hi. How can I share audio on Zoom from one application only? I am hosting an All Hands. The PowerPoint presentation has embedded intro/outro audio tracks. During the presentation, other audio-generating applications will be running on my computer, like Slack. I don't want my Slack notification, Outlook notification, etc. sounds to be heard by the attendees.   Related: Is it finally possible to toggle audio share without stopping/restarting the share? That would be a sort-of acceptable solution, as the notification sounds would only come through during that brief period of time.

Greetings all, I recently downloaded Zoom for my laptop and can't get myself ready for meetings. More specifically, I'm unable to get my camera and USB mic to work, even though I've been using these without incident on Teams and other conferencing platforms. For instance, if I go to video settings, my camera's light is turned on, but the preview is just a black screen. Accessing these settings causes the Zoom client to hang - forcing me to choose to end task - yet my camera's light stays on, and I have to disable and re-enable the camera app from Windows settings to reset the camera. On the audio side of things, the speakers' test works fine, but not the mics'. Testing both the built-in and USB mic yields nothing. I tried the solutions found in Zoom's knowledge base. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, updated Windows, drivers, restarted my laptop,  and checked the relevant permissions, to no avail. I'm running Windows 10 on an HP Probook. Looking forward

I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call.   I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but there doesn't appear to be separate audio files for each speaker.  I did receive this message when downloading the files - "The separate audio file of each participant won't be included, you can download them in the list."   What list?  There does not appear to be a list of separate audio files.The cloud recordings list indicates that there are 5 files for the particular recording, which I assume are the speaker view, the gallery view, the combined audio file (both participants) and one audio file for each of the participants.  But there appears to be no way to access the separate audio files.I am obviously missing something but what that might be is not intuitive.Thanks for your help!

Hello  I have recently taken over as an Office Manager at a Small Business and I am looking to merge / consolidate the various Workplace Pro accounts into one licence - We only have 5-8 staff each with their own paid accounts some annual some paid monthly but not looking to upgrade for a Business license. Can I just increase the licenses on one 'Master' Admin account and then invite the other users? Even though they have already paid for an annual subscription? Also is there a way to find out all the users from one  domain? - I fear there maybe former staff members with a rolling subscription and no obvious way of knowing if they have an active paid account or not - Any advice?

I own and administer a Zoom Work Pro account. But lately, when I try to start/host a meeting, it tells me the host has ended the meeting and so I can’t start a meeting. But I’m the only host! And my account details(password) are safeguarded so I’m certain I one else has access to the account. So, then, why do I keep getting such a message?Second, to try to resolve this, I signed out and tried to sign in again, but couldn’t. It kept saying my email is invalid.Third, even when I get to start meetings, my guests can’t log in— not even with the correct login details or invite link. It keeps telling them it’s an invalid meeting ID.Lastly, I keep getting error messages when opening my whiteboards and so can’t open them.

Cisco released their latest 9800 series phones over a year ago. Cisco markets the phone as, "use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other 3rd party cloud calling platforms. My Zoom rep has indicated that this phone might be certified in June 2025 and that it's on their roadmap but that no official ETA has been announced.We are seriously considering switching from our legacy Avaya Aura PBX to Zoom Phone. We like the Poly Edge devices we've tested however the Cisco 8800 and newer 9800 series devices seem a little higher quality and more substantial.  I personally prefer the larger buttons. Has anyone heard anything about when these phones will be supported by Zoom and other cloud calling platforms? I've look at all the providers (Zoom, Nextiva, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft, etc.) and none of them support the 9800 series yet, even though it's been out a year.

Zoom automatic paused screen sharing when I shared YouTube and made it full screen.  And I can not turn it off.  But sharing was continue when I restore YouTube.  Why?

Hi there fellow zoom users,Today I had to abandon a meeting and switch to another platform, because when I started the meeting the system shut it down displaying ~ 5second timer notice. Participants saw an Invalid meeting ID message. Have never encountered this before. Is there an issue with zoom today (20 October 2025) others are aware of, or why is this happening with no change in settings or meeting setup approach? Once I finished the meeting on the other platform, I came back here and tried to set up another and got this message:Invalid meeting ID, (3,001)Appreciate any insights to what is going on.Thank you

Ysterday was recrding there and today is not even in trash. It there any possibility to recover it?

Yesterday my meeting was cut off at 40 min b/c of the change in free accounts.  I was unaware of the change even though I am using Zoom 3x/week.  I paid for an upgrade, as I needed Zoom for my tutoring business then went back to my emails to find out what was going on.  The emails said I was offered a discount for the first year, but when I clicked on the link, it said I was ineligible for the savings, presumably because I had paid for an upgrade minutes before and during that process, no discounts were mentioned.  l am unhappy about this process, would like to discuss it with someone, but that does not seem possible.  How to proceed to get some help??

I have reported this problem for numerous times but there is no any customer support or solution given. I subscribed the Pro Account since last April, it's really annoying and unsatisfying as I have to CANCELLED the meetings I scheduled before! Please solve this issue as soon as possible before I completely disappointed in ZOOM! 

I still cannot figure out my Zoom account problem, as I paid my Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro renewal on 3/27 (as evidenced in my bank account withdrawal).   Yet, my account shows I only have Zoom Workplace Basic. Somehow, I was downgraded and cannot get anyone via customer service call back (limited to Business Pro and above) and Zoom chat is useless!   Zoom chat gives basic answers that don't come close to answering my problems/issues!   It appears I'll have to pay another $159.90 to have a Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro account again!   I cannot link to my Google account at all, so I'm in limbo right now.   Do you know anyone with customer service call-in access who might ask a question on my behalf?

Hi thereCan anyone help me get in touch with someone who can link my zoom account to pro again. I've been paying and using zoom pro for years and all of a sudden it switched me back to the basic plan even though my zoom pro is still being processed and paid each month. I can't seem to get hold of anyone who can help me sort this out.Thank you!Carla
