Hello, I work in a library and some of our (senior citizen and otherwise lonely) customers have asked if there is a way to find zoom events that are just generally open to the public. I have read about how to list events on a public calendar, but I can't seem to find a way to access the public calendar from a basic/free account. Thank you!

Every time I try to join a meeting, even one of my own,  I get this screen:I click on "Launch Meeting", and nothing happens except that I get "Having issues with Zoom, join from your browser"Then I click on "Download Now", it downloads, I click on the exe file, finally I can join.Every time.  Every dang time.

Good afternoon, Zoom Team and Community. I would like to request a feature request to be added to Zoom Webinars. Our college loves conducing single-session and multi-session classes using Zoom Webinars for the following reasons: Automatic reminder emails, automatic follow-up emails, class attendees can’t accidentally or unknowingly turn their camera or microphone on, and guest speakers are able to be added as panelists.  So many reasons to love Zoom Webinars.One negative: When hosting multi-session classes (back to back Wednesdays at 1:00pm, for example) where all registrants attend both classes -- it’s not possible to Import from CSV.  As a result, we have to pay extra for a Zapier account for multi-session webinars. Request: Please allow the option to ‘Import from CSV’ for multi-session Zoom Webinars -- just like we’re able to for a single-session Zoom Webinar.I am more than happy to explain in greater detail if needed. Thanks, Chris C.St. Petersburg, Florida  

I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

We have Teams Meeting rooms from several vendors and they’re all having this issue.  The join buttons shows fine, the complete Meeting URL with Meeting ID and Passcode shows in the room’s Outlook calendar invite, but the room device gets the “Incorrect or Incomplete Meeting Details Please provide the correct Meeting ID and Passcode” error when trying to join.  I can “Join with an ID” successfully.  I have an endpoint home to eliminate our network and it does it there as well.  I’ve gone round and round with our sys admins to make sure mimecast isn’t rewriting the URLs but, like I said, it is not being re-written.  Also, webex works.  I have tried various different ways of creating the invite, from the Zoom Workplace to the Outlook Plug in and I even tried manually typing in the Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Passcode from one invite to another but it still doesn’t work.  I see several others on the internet with similar issues, but no resolution.  Any ideas?

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views.This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes? 

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people who

I’m building a Zoom App that uses RTMS for transcript-only live meeting ingestion. The app is in Development / Local Test mode. I have enabled RTMS-related scopes, configured Event Subscriptions with a webhook endpoint, and enabled the RTMS surface/auto-start option where available.When the app runs inside the Zoom desktop client and calls:zoomSdk.startRTMS()the SDK returns:code: 40316msg: "This api is not supported"error: "API hasn't passed marketplace verification"Questions:1. Is `zoomSdk.startRTMS()` available in Local Test / Development apps, or does it require Marketplace review/verification first?2. Are there additional account-level entitlements or approvals needed before RTMS APIs are exposed to a Zoom App?3. Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

안녕하세요 줌 회의 진행중 화면구성과 관련하여 문의드립니다.  저희는 회의진행시 메인 발표자 1명과 참여자들이 순서대로 돌아가면서 보고 및 발표하는 형식의 회의를 주로 진행 하고 있는데 회의 여건상 화면구성을 여러발표자 모드에서 진행 하고 있습니다.여러 발표자 모드에서 진행하다보니 메인 발표자를 제외하고 1번 참여자가 발표진행후 2번 발표자가 발표하는 동안 1번 발표자가 화면의 밑으로 바로 내려가지않고 약 2분가량 발표했던 화면 위치에 그대로 있다보니 결국 화면 상단에 3명 도는 4명의 참여자가 위치하는 현상이 생깁니다. 발표를 마친 참여자가 다음 참여자로 바로 전환 되거나 발표 후 화면서 하단으로 위치하는 데 소요 되는 시간을 최소화하는 설정이나 방법은 없는지요?추가로 여러 발표자 모드에서 상단에 2명의 참여자만 고정 할 수 있는 방법이나 기능을 알고 싶습니다.  

I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. For example, the following page still refers to Windows 10 (not 11): https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065520 . What’s more, on the “Meetings” link (clicked in the left column), the “Polls/Quizzes” page says it is outdated, and redirects to the “Surveys” page, which only allows set up a poll or quiz to be set up. Dear all and Support Team,I am using a personal (individual) Zoom account and would like to request a change in my account settings.Currently, the option requiring all meetings to be secured by a single security method is enabled, and I am unable to modify it. This forces the use of the Waiting Room and prevents participants from joining meetings freely.I kindly ask you to:— disable the mandatory Waiting Room requirement for my account;— allow participants to join meetings before the host without being placed in a Waiting Room.This functionality is essential for my use case, as I need participants to be able to join meetings without waiting for host approval.Please let me know if any additional steps are required from my side.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Hi   Are Zoom Clips recordings using the same cloud recording storage space, just like ordinary recordings from meetings and webinars? That is eg. 5GB available for Pro licenses is shared between all stored recording types? Or maybe it's currently using some additional, unlicensed space?   I'm curious since it's not precisely mentioned anywhere.   Cheers Lukasz

Hi, I’ve been having this issue with my mouse cursor for a month. It started happening after I updated my Windows version to Windows 11, but I’m not sure whether these events are connected or not. When I’m sharing a PPT or Google Slides, which are the main content I usually share, everything works normally. However, whenever I need to transition to a new tab, such as Google Docs or Youtube, while still screen sharing, my mouse cursor completely disappears and I cannot do anything about it. It has been so frustrating, because I cannot click on anything, not even on “stop sharing”, and I just have to wait for it to be back. My students say they still see my mouse cursor as I’m moving it desperately trying to get its control back.  I have searched for a solution for this issue in this forum, but most of the results I got are from years and years ago, and none of the recommendations given solved my problem - such as updating Zoom’s version. Can someone please help me? I’d really appreciate

Hello,I am part of an IT team that is very big on security and privacy. What was questioned was, let's say Admin approves of the AI Companion, if the host does not enable the features during a meeting is the Companion still listening?   

I have a paid Zoom account. When I go to "add alternative host" it won't let me fill in any address at all. (The box is greyed.) I tried this both from my desktop and the app.

For zoom meetings in my group I will copy and paste the zoom link in our chat for easy access. Recently, when I paste the link a WhatsApp phone number shows in the pasted message even though the WhatsApp number is not in the original message. When I try to edit the number out the number doesn't appear in in the edit box. What can I do to stop the WhatsApp number from appearing.
