Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you.

when I program a meeting with interpreter, zoom delivers video in local language, audio in local language and audio with interpreter, but not video with interpreter to download, is that correct?, is there any way to download the video with interpretation?

Since I updated to Zoom Workplace (6.0.1),  I don't have the raise hand feature or any reactions buttons as a meeting participant.  When I host a meeting, those options are available.  How do I get the raise hand feature and reactions back????

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

How long is a meeting kept once it is deleted.

I want to create a shared folder and give users access to it by user group, with permissions based on that user group for example:User Group A - Co-Owner User Group B - Collaborator User Group C - View OnlyThe shared folder should then appear for all users in the respective groups, with their access determined by the permissions assigned to the user group. Is this possible? If not, I’ve been mis-sold. 

I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat.  I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully.  Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?  

We had an issue last year with one our mobile numbers being spoofed, we had to discard the number eventually as hundreds of people were being called and then calling us back (there were no calls made from us)Now this past week, 2 of our numbers have started receiving calls from people returning calls we haven’t made. We don’t seem to have support for our Zoom Phone service (other than ai chat).Anyone know what we can do? Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?
