I’ve received notification from zoom for permission to a video.  I’ve never had to grant permission when I provide the link with the password.  The link and password will not allow access to the video.  Any suggestions?

 Hello! I am participating in a meeting opened by someone else.The 'Share' button is not visible in the menu below.The person who hosted the meeting has set it to 'Share with Everyone,' and others say they can see the 'Share' menu.How can I resolve the issue where the 'Share' button is not visible on my computer?Please provide guidance.  

Respected Zoom Support Team,I am writing to request a feature that is currently available on the Zoom Desktop client but missing from the mobile app.On the PC version, there is an option under 'Advanced Share' to share 'Computer Audio' only, without sharing the entire screen. However, on the mobile app (Android/iOS), this feature is not available.As a mobile user, I need to share high-quality audio from other apps (like music or educational clips) during my meetings without having to display my phone's screen to all participants.Could you please consider adding an "Audio Only Share" feature to the mobile application in future updates? I still use a PC with an Intel 2600K i7 CPU. However I also have an AMD RX 570 graphics card in this system with 8GB of VRAM. It could easily support virtual backgrounds, but there does not seem to be a way to override the simple CPU check that flags my CPU as "old" and simply disables the feature.It is annoying that I can use Google Meet and other video conferencing software with all features enabled, but not Zoom. Would you please allow a setting in the GUI somewhere, or at least a setting that can be added to the config file that would skip this compatibility check?

I have my Scheduler set for Mon - Fri 12:00 pm - 4:00 p.m.  If I have appointments on a Monday for example, can I change my availability for that date only or do I have to uncheck Monday and have to remember to go back in and activate it for the following Monday?  I’m looking for a way to say I’m not available for that particular Monday and not have to uncheck Monday making me unavailable for ALL Mondays unless I remember to re-check that day.  TIA

When converting a Webinar to a Meeting (well ahead of the event) - does the link to join the meeting change for those who have already registered? I've read in a few places that the Meeting ID stays the same. Does that mean the URL that registered folks have already received to join the webinar stay the same?? We don't want half of our attendees to not be able to log in to the Zoom because they have an old URL pre-conversion. But I would like to make the change to be able to encourage video/audio interaction.   The Zoom help page specifies that the link won't change when converting a Meeting to a Webinar, but it doesn't specify the same for the Webinar to Meeting conversion.

Is there anyway to setup recurring SimuLive inside of webinar plus? I know it works for traditional webinars and meetings but don’t see the option anymore inside of webinar plus. Thanks!

As of this week Zoom no longer automatically prompts to add to the iCal calendar I've had connected to our account for over a year. It said I had to sync a calendar, I went online - where there is no longer an iCal option (used Google instead since the email for that calendar is registered there) and it did not stick - endless loop. What the heck is going on here and will this be repaired or returned to previous state so that I don't have to manually copy and paste the invite info into an iCal invite over and over again now?

I purchased Zoom Pro subscription a few days ago using Apple Pay (Account emailmtg20260504@protonmail.comHowever, even after upgrading to Pro, I still cannot join meetings and keep getting Error Code 13215 ("Due to host account restrictions, you cannot join the meeting"). I am in mainland China and need to join international meetings without VPN, but Pro didn't solve the problem.I have already tried enabling China data center, reinstalling the app, logging out/in, and using web version, but the issue remains.I would like to request a full refund and cancel the Pro subscription.Could you please process this? Hi everyone! Thx for taking the time to help.So the thing is a few days ago I tried to use Zoom again after a few years, to give an online music lesson to a student of mine. After updating it to the lastest versión available, I connected my external soundcard (M  Audio Air 192 - 4) and correctly adjusted zoom´s audio setup to work with it, selecting my device as both the audio input and output. After that, I tried the usual tests in Zoom setup, and everything seemed to be working just fine: my voice was going into the software and out through the speakers, so I could hear myself clearly.Then, I proceded to Host a Meeting, but noticed a warning saying my Audio wasn´t connected. I tried everything, from rechecking the audio setup from Zoom´s config, to reinstalling it and changing every config on my Windows audio setup, but everything seems to be working normally except Zoom. I even tried Google Meet and encountered no problem with the audio inputs and outputs. It ocurred to me then that

I am with an academic institution that offers an Enterprise version of Zoom, which I access through Google Chrome on a Mac.  My default settings are to record every meeting in the cloud.  However, I noticed today that all my meetings are "disappearing" and I cannot find a "trash" icon on the web-based view to recover.  Has something changed recently?  Can someone help me find my "lost" recordings?

Zoom has started enlarging or zooming in the video and appears to randomly move about. Dual streamed, for a while now, via VMIX to a different output where things look completely different. The same video feed is supplying both outputs and have for the longest time been exactly the same. Now Zoom looks horrible, very close up and the motion seems weird and random. It almost looks like an AI is trying to focus on some preferred point. This is new, and I don’t know what is causing it.

if you create a Shared Space and choose one of the default channels you have created (where every member of the organization is in the default channel) to add the members, does the Shared Space get updated each time a new employee is added to the default channel?
