After the update, my annotations don’t show correctly. They only show if I’m on the zoom tab. Before, I could open the tab I was sharing and hit the annotate button. Now that doesn’t work. Also, when I share my screen, I can no longer see my student’s video. This only happened after the update. I have been using Zoom for years, but this will greatly effect the efficiency of my tutoring business. I have to continue to switch tabs to zoom in/out and scroll down the page I want to annotate on because the annotation only shows on the zoom tab. 

Hey everyone,I’ve been attending a lot of long Zoom meetings lately, and honestly, it gets hard to stay fully focused after a while 😅I wanted to ask — what are your best tips to stay productive and engaged during long meetings? Do you use notes, turn on camera, take short breaks, or something else?Also, how do you avoid distractions when working from home during these calls?Would love to hear what actually works for you guys 🙌

Is it possible to schedule more than three sessions on the same day within a recurring session webinar?Is this limitation specific to the Zoom Webinars Plus product? My use case involves scheduling four sessions on the same day within the same event. 

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.Please help restore this feature to my account. 

Zoom has started downloading Outlook every time I start a new meeting.  I get a popup every time and have to click NO to sharing confidential information with Microsoft 3 times, and then I have to quit Outlook.  I never installed Outlook.  I have never had Outlook. I don't want Outlook. I have deleted Outlook repeatedly after Zoom re-installed it but Zoom keeps installing it on my computer.  Is there any way to stop Zoom from doing this?

あまり使わないので無料プランに戻したかったので、有効期限の最終日（7月31日）に自動更新を停止、という処理をしました。現在はプロサービス有効日2023.731、自動更新停止されました。次回の請求日2024.731となっています。また保留中のプラン、サービス有効日2024・731となっています。請求については未払い請求なし、請求日2023.7.31、回収済みとなっています。金額は年払いでホワイトボードの分も入っています。いつ申し込んだのかわかりませんが、（こちらも自動更新は停止にしています）。自分の現在のプランは、無料プランなのかなと思ってみたのですが、自分の現在のプランはビジネスプロの表示です。これはまた一年継続しているということでしょうか？2024．731まで。プロの契約でしょうか。もし一年契約を月契約にして残りの月の分は月割りで返金されたりするのでしょうか。ホワイトボードについても使ったこともなくどうしてセットされたか。。どう解除するかわかりません。質問が多くてすいませんが、分かる箇所だけでもお答えいただけたら幸いです。

Hi, The computer has zoom app which installed in someone, but perhaps I can not login by the account. Is there tool or command which can remove the previous zoom app clean? Thanks.

自社のZoom Rooms運用において、外部組織（取引先等）との連携について質問させてください。【背景・目的】 特定の他社（外部組織）が所有するZoom Roomsと頻繁に会議を行うため、自社のZoom Roomsコントローラーやクライアントの「連絡先」に、相手方のZoom Roomsを登録し、ワンタップで呼び出せるようにしたいと考えています。【現在の認識と課題】 自組織内のZoom Roomsであれば連絡先に表示されますが、外部組織のZoom Rooms（会議室アカウント）をメールアドレスで検索しても「連絡先に追加」が出てきません。 Zoomの仕様上、外部のZoom Roomsを直接連絡先にストックすることは不可能という認識で相違ないでしょうか。 【検討している代替案】 相手の担当者（個人アカウント）を連絡先に登録し、その都度ミーティングに招待する。 共有チャネルを作成し、そこに相手担当者を招待して会議URLを常設する。 【質問】 上記以外に、外部組織のZoom Roomsをあたかも「連絡先」にあるかのように、スムーズに呼び出す（あるいはディレクトリに表示させる）運用上の工夫や設定をご存知の方がいれば、ご教示いただけますでしょうか。何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

How can I reverse the black background back to white in the chat window during a zoom meeting

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

Hi all,just having a problem with a HP chromebook. can join zoom meetings all ok, but the video button has the line through it as if it is off, when you try to click it, it just doesnt come on, the line goes off for less than a second and then the line just comes up again and it says off.i have checked the camera works and all is ok there. just happening in zoom. i have also uninstalled the app and re installed it. any ideas what to try nextany help appreciatedthanks

What is the best way to identify and stop persistent bombers. This is a 24/7 meeting.  All Newcomers are welcome. So,  we cannot change the ID and passcode.  Members develop "beef" and come in to screw with the chat. Chat is a critical part for all members. How can the specific IP's be identified and permanently blocked? Are there any legitimate threats that can be DM'ed to them before booting?  They are removed very quickly. Same IP cannot return until the 24 hour reboot. Chat is cleared in seconds but then must be temporarily shut down. They don't return during the same hour.  But they return within several hours in the past few weeks. Same post over and over lately. Solutions?

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.  

This STILL seems an issue.We have an Enterprise license for a very large company. I host Software training meetings. I went into my “upcoming meetings” a week before. I named an “alternative host” who also is on the enterprise license. He did NOT receive an email. I forwarded him the email link that I “copied” from the meeting details. He clicked on it, and it prompted him to register, then said “host cannot register”, The meeting he is named as Alternative Host does NOT show in his upcoming meetings. Very frustrating when you are trying to have a back up instructor step in for you. Does Zoom have any reasonable resolution for this? Is there some work around?

No access to the Zoom Pro I paid for . The invoice indicated that I paid for whiteboard whereas it was Zoom pro of 1 year subscription I paid for

I am coming from Vonage Contact Center where we could easily give each agent a proficiency number with a simple slider in the user admin.  The logic was simple, the highest priority agent received the calls first, if there was a tie then it reverted to longest without a call.  During the Zoom sales pitch we heard the same thing existed.  If it does I sure have not figured out how it works.  All of my agents except two are setup as proficiently level 4, two are set to 1 as they are only needed to take a call when the queue fills.  It seems like engagement distribution is the first step in the process, and that the routing profile using proficiency never kicks in.  Is there another way to do this? Queue settings Routing Profile Skill 

Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you.
