Keyboard switching would improve speed and reliability.

I need to record a teacher at the front of a classroom and another session with a camera feed of a whiteboard. Each feed should occupy half of my screen. How can I do this?I selected the "Gallery View" option and disabled "Record Active Participant." Now I can see the feeds from both cameras on my screen, almost 50% full, but the recording still only shows one of the two feeds.

I have made payment for annual payment but my zoom pro is not activated yet. How can I resolve it?

When trying to send a change/update to a Zoom meeting via Outlook, I get this message and I’m prevented from sending the update.  I already have Zoom installed.  Why is this happening?

Hello, Please my Brothers account. He passed away on 16/6/25. Bank accounts are frozen.

Hi  I do not have AI companion enabled in my zoom. How can I enabled it?

I loaned my device to someone for them to participate in a Zoom meeting. Now every time I join a meeting it shows her name and not mine. How can I permanently change my name back?

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration...

How to create a more permanent meeting ID for a meeting that has already been set up with 10 digit meeting code in 2020. This is an AA meeting and the meeting link will show up in an online schedule. It is twice a week and is using the original zoom link established in 2020.  Therefore the 50 meeting limit doesn't suffice .

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

Using external webcams on iPadOS17 is now supported. It works for Facetime. But I have not been able to get an external webcam working on my iPad for Zoom calls, despite having updated my iPad to iPadOS17. Are there settings to make this work, or perhaps use of external webcams on an iPad is not yet supported by Zoom?

Hi all. I recorded a meeting and then tried to save it Locally instead of the iCloud and I lost the recording after trying to allow my computer to communicate with Zoom...any ideas if I can still get my recording or is it lost forever?!?! UGH!"recordings and storage"

Hi everyone,My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

I'd like to manage this from code rather than clicking through zoom.us every time. What's going wrong PATCH /v2/phone/auto_receptionists/{autoReceptionistId}/ivr returns HTTP 204 with an empty body. The same ?hours_type=business_hours query parameter behaves identically — 204, no persistence. This reproduces across many payload variants:Single-key updates (just one entry

Hello,I'm having an issue with a local Zoom recording that I cannot convert. The meeting was recorded locally and I heard both the "Recording in progress" and "Recording stopped" voice prompts. After stopping the recording, the meeting remained open for about 5 more minutes before it automatically ended because the session expired. Zoom was not closed manually, my computer did not crash, and there was no power outage. The recording folder contains:double_click_to_convert_01.zoom (327 MB) double_click_to_convert_02.zoom (1.5 MB) recording.conf zoomver.tagWhen I double-click double_click_to_convert_01.zoom, nothing happens. Zoom does not start the conversion and does not display any error message. Here is what I have already tried:Reinstalled the latest version of Zoom. Ran Zoom as Administrator. Opened the .zoom file while Zoom was already running. Tried opening the recording on a different Windows computer with Zoom installed. Verified that the recording folder contains all the original f

A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?

Zoom Scheduler booking redirect shows external-site phishing warning pop-up; user wants ability to whitelist verified domains for seamless redirect to custom Thank You page.Hi Zoom Team,I am writing to share feedback regarding the redirect process in Zoom Scheduler.Currently, when a user completes a booking, they are interrupted by a pop-up window warning them about being redirected to an external website. This window includes a "Report phishing" button and a security warning that forces users to manually click "Open link" to reach my custom "Thank You" page. This creates unnecessary friction in the booking process for two main reasons:User Confusion: Clients are often unsure if the redirect is safe or if they have encountered a security issue, given the "Report phishing" terminology. Loss of Data: Many users hesitate to click "Open link," causing them to close the tab before reaching my custom confirmation page, which contains essential instructions for their sessions. I have already

I am not finding an option to enable polls and quizzes in my meeting's basic settings. Do you have any idea how to enable this?

Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.

hi-I want to see the meeting attendees in my meeting summary and I do not think this is possible.  its important to see who came to a meeting and who didnt.  is there any way to do this?

Does anyone know how to change voicemail greeting on an iPhone and whether it can be done through the app or Safari. Thank you, James

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see the names of the participants in the Waiting Room?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room, but not who they are. We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs and our webinars are setup without registration, in case that makes a different. When I search Zoom support, I get conflicting information.  Thank you.
