Virtual Background not included in my phone

Dear friend,

 

I can't change the virtual background and that function is not included in my phone. 

How can I proceed?

    Hi 4MBA-93 SOE MIN THU,

    To use Virtual Background on a mobile device, please follow the steps below:

    For iPhone/iPad (iOS)

    1. Open the Zoom mobile app and sign in.
    2. Join or start a meeting.
    3. Tap More (...) in the meeting controls.
    4. Select Background & Effects or Virtual Background.
    5. Choose one of the available backgrounds or tap + to upload your own image.
    6. Tap Close to return to the meeting.

    For Android

    1. Open the Zoom mobile app and sign in.
    2. Join or start a meeting.
    3. Tap More (...) in the meeting controls.
    4. Select Background & Effects or Virtual Background.
    5. Choose an available background or tap + to upload a custom image.
    6. Return to the meeting to apply the selected background.

    If the Virtual Background option is not available

    Please verify the following:

    • The Zoom app is updated to the latest version.
    • You are signed in to your Zoom account.
    • Your device meets Zoom's minimum requirements for Virtual Backgrounds.
    • Virtual Backgrounds have not been disabled by your account administrator.
