As other member have reported, I consistently have a "your network connection is unstable" while using zoom if I turn the camera on which causes voice to break and come choppy - I have checked my internet speed and it's lighting fast (169 mbs on fiber over wifi)- I have even downgraded my camera to preserve bandwidth (did not work)- I only experience this issue with Zoom... use Teams, Google meet, and other apps without issues all the time- I have uninstalled and re-installed zoom to the latest version (same result)- I have resent routers and fiber modem...- I work from home and I am the only person using any bandwidth Does any one have any suggestions? It's impossible to reach a live human in support  

Zoom cannot access my iMac Contact list. How to fixI am a subscriber to Zoom.Until recently, using my iMac I have been able to set up meetings whenever required. A few weeks ago this changed, and now Zoom cannot access my Contact list, so I cannot invite any of my friends or colleagues to join my meetings.I am therefore paying for something I cannot use. I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them.  I do not want Zoom workplace.  I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform.  Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,  During our breakout rooms, the audio is leaking from one breakout into another breakout. Each individual is remote and not located in the same physical space. The audio is slightly decreased but is overtaking the breakout rooms discussions. Is anyone else having this issue or heard of something like this?

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? This would be very helpful in order to know if this service is actually beeing used by the meeting participants or not. Thanks for your help!

I am a coach and lead my masterclasses live in fb groups. Since facebook now deletes lives after 30 days, I see some coaches leading classes on zoom and live stream into facebook group. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Only option I see is live streaming into facebook profile, and Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option isn’t loading

   In meetings, most of the other participants' photos are displayed. Mine shows an image that I may have chosen in the past (I don't remember), but it definitely is not a photo of me. or anyone else.   How can I set it to display either:      a. Hi There,  I really need some help on this. I added a colleague as an alternative host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default alt host on EVERY meeting I create and he receives an email notification.  Is there a way to remove him permanently as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from all past meetings, and that does not seem to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am opening a new topic because my previous discussion was closed without resolving the issue.I cancelled my Zoom subscription in February before the next billing date. However, the system still generated an invoice for the next period and continues to send payment requests.To clarify: the charge has not been processed because I stopped using the card connected to my account.
