There used to be a way for invitees to respond to the meeting request. They checked a box saying accepted or not accepted for the meeting. That doesn’t seem to be availalbe any more. Now my invitees are not getting my invites? Could someone help me with understanding what happened to this option? Thank you.
Zoom keeps crashing within seconds of opening it. I have done very last suggestion I can find. I've updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, all updates, CleanZoom, etc. It still crashes. I can't get tech support on the line. Nothing works. What can I do? How can I actually get help or fix this?
In the share screen options it shows one where the speaker's background is removed and its at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I selected this, but then looked at the recording and the speaker was in the upper right hand corner with a random white background. How can I get it to record the speaker with no background at all like it shows in the preview on the share screen options?
I have two computers. I installed the software on one of them, and everything works fine. However, when I installed the software on the other computer, the camera's image quality is poor, the software looks different, there are fewer functions, and the virtual background doesn’t work well. I mistakenly recorded a Zoom meeting to my local computer, an Apple Mac. How can I move this recording to the Zoom Cloud with my other Zoom recordings?
I have 2 machines running Zoom Workplace (v6.6.10) under Linux Mint (v22.2) Cinnamon (v6.4.8) and a 3rd running Windows 10 (22H2 b19045). On the Windows machine, I can open the Settings window and access all of the dialogs (video, audio, etc.). Under Linux (both machine), trying the same thing causes Zoom Workplace to crash and require restarting, regardless of whether the Settings are invoked via the gear wheel icon or from the Settings entry in the User menu. All 3 machines are 64-bit laptops of varying vintage and manufacture. One of the Linux machines has an external monitor and webcam attached; the other does not. The first one has only a touchpad; the 2nd has both touchpad and (wireless) mouse. There's no difference in the behaviour I've noted above; both crash Zoom immediately on trying to access or change Settings. Hello. Anyone have this issue where if they are using their zoom app on their cell phone the calls continue to drop?
I am running Zoom 5.8 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. Recently I started experiencing behavior where Zoom runs fine at first. Then after 30-45 minutes the video starts to freeze up for varying amounts of time that slowly increases. The audio comes through fine but the user interface also freezes up. When I run System Monitor I see that one of the four cpu cores is pegged at 100% while the video is frozen. When the core comes unpegged the video briefly unfreezes until one of the cores again pegs at 100%. The other three cores are running around 40-60% at the same time. This same system used to run fine on previous Zoom releases. Anyone have any suggestions?
Since the last update, when I go to the desktop site to add a new permanent recurring appointment at a non fixed time, I no longer have the ability to add a Topic that is customized. They all are created using "Zoom Meeting" so now I have 4 entries on my meeting list that are called "Zoom meetings." Typically I use the customer's name or initials so I can easily distinguish them.How can I edit them? Or set them up (again) to show up in my Meetings LIst as something specific?? thanks so much!Annette

Hi, I've spent 30 minutes searching for the answer to this.I enabled breakout rooms, but there was no icon in the menu. I restarted my Mac, restarted the Zoom app but still there is no breakout room icon. One tutorial said the BR icon is in 'More'. I have no More option.Any clues?I did see someone say they reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue. Is that as simple as trashing Zoom and then downloading the app again? Will my paid account automatically reconnect with the app? Is this what I should do?Thanks
Hi there, I've buy my Samsung tab recently and installed the app. And I found out that I can't login with my devices as my account type is a Google account. I've tried many times to login and it always stuck at the relaunch page and even moving. Can someone from zoom come and solve this problem??

Greetings. In Webinars Plus, is there a way for a Host to communicate with a guest Speaker privately in writing in a virtual session? What about for Speakers to communicate something in text to Attendees? In other words, is there some kind of Chat feature in Webinars Plus, similar to what one may find in Zoom Meetings? The only thing I know of is Q&A, which doesn’t work in these cases because the Host or Speaker can’t submit something. Thank you.
Hi, I ( from Taiwan) set up an online congress and invite a Chinese speaker ( from China) to log into the Zoom. But when he log in, his Zoom shown: your country/area cannot subscribe to the Zoom. Is anyone face this problem? I am wondering is this because the political issue?

If I enable HDR in Windows 10 (now on Windows 11), when I share my screen the view is washed out for recipients. Simple issue, but it sucks not to be able to use HDR. I don't feel like switching all the time, and I screen share every day for work. Is this is a known issue?

Hello! I activivated Zoom phone and pay for plan.Verified address and got number.Number is not working. Cant do in our out calls. When call to this number it says number dont exists.
Since Zoom has redesigned their site, I have to sign out of my account each time I want to start a new meeting. In the past, I could leave the page up, not sign out, and come back to it. Now, it reverts back to the home page as if I’m a new user who just landed on it despite my being signed in. The only drop down is Join or Host a. Meeting but that is not what I need. I need to schedule a meeting or start a previously scheduled meeting. It’s extremely annoying. What am I missing here that I can’t get the page I used to have.I’m working on a MacBook Pro and access Zoom from my laptop.
Not sure where to ask this, but: The Contacts tab in the Zoom app looks/works notably differently for me and my coworker. We both have Zoom Workplace, by the way. On my Contacts tab, the folders on the left are dropdown lists; if I click a folder it drops down a list of all the contacts in the folder, and if I click a name it populates the profile information in the center of the screen. However, on my coworker's Contacts tab, the folders on the left are selectable, instead of being dropdown lists, and if you click on a folder the center of the screen populates with a multi-column list of all the contacts in that folder. Clicking on a contact there then shows the profile information. I can't find any indication anywhere of how to switch between these two views. Where can I find that option?
I have all the Slack phone integration options enabled but there are some issues:/zoom call @user shows every number the user has registered with Slack as part of the dropdown. There should be a way to control this as the default would ideally be their extension. Using the “More call options” dropdown in a DM seems to never show an extension as an option. Again, this really should be controlled or extension should be the default. I’m trying to get to a point where it’s just as easy to use Zoom for a quick call as it is a huddle and these are the primary gaps I see.
