Friend sent link of recording, Given this error code: You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)

Friend sent a recording of our meeting to me via email link.  I was given this error code above.  I am a basic plan subscriber and couldn't find the recording anywhere in my platform.  How do I get the recording?

I am going to try and cover many situations here.

  1. Your Friend must have a paid account and made a cloud recording
  2. Your Friend must setup the right share options.

    I would suggest anyone with link becuase I doubt you are both in the same Zoom Account.

    That will get you a link like this (this link wont work for you)

    THis allows you to watchthe video after entering the password
     

    You can watch, or download (highlighed top right)
     


    The other option is they download the video and send it to you as a file.
