Meeting Einladungen gehen nicht raus

Hallo Ihr Lieben, 

ich habe das Problem, dass bei meinen Mitarbeitern, die als Mitglieder Zugänge in meinem Zoom haben, leider keine Mails hinausgehen, wenn sie ein Meeting erstellen und dieses an den anderen Teilnehmer schicken. 

Wer kann mir helfen?

If your employees (members) are not receiving Zoom meeting invitation emails, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Ask them to check their spam or junk folders.
  2. Make sure the email addresses entered for participants are correct.
  3. Ensure that emails from no-reply@zoom.us are not being blocked by your email provider.
  4. Try sending invitations to different email domains to see if the issue is domain-specific.
  5. If you enabled calendar integration after creating the meeting, update the meeting details to trigger a new sync.
