Help! We have an event running for the next two days and the cloud recording option has stopped. Hosts and Speakers can now only record locally. We recorded the morning sessions wi but the option has now vanished. This is not a storage issue, as I purchased additional cloud storage (500GB) and th three recording were less than 3GB in total. Anyone encounter something similar?
I wanted to start a quick discussion about something that’s recently changed in our Zoom sessions. In the past, participants were able to interact directly with Wordwall games and other clickable activities when I gave them remote control. However, lately, this function isn’t working as expected — participants can move the mouse but can’t click or interact with the content.This change seems to have happened suddenly, and I’m not sure what caused it. I’ve double-checked that I’m giving remote control properly and that screen sharing settings are the same as before. We have zoom rooms where we always see an error says “low bandwidth network is detected”. We have done everything with zoom app settings to run the meetings on low network and avoid taking high usage still we see the same error every time. We have 1GB of Lease line network for entire office. this error occurs usually for normal users also. Could someone please suggest how to fix it?
I'm using GoHighLevel as CRM. Inside GHL I have multiple calendars and 99% of them are working. What I noticed is that sometimes a few Zoom Meetings are getting deleted automatically. I've reached GHL Support and they told me that there is a issue with Zoom (as Zoom is the ones that is deleting my meetings) How I can figure out how to fix it?

Just wanted to say the zoom Calendly integration currently isn't working. I can set up meetings using google meet but Zoom is just not working anymore through Calendly. Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Error: We couldn’t add the Zoom meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. As per the Salesforce update an Admin user is required to initially authorise the connection between Salesforce and Zoom (and that user must also be an admin on the Zoom Account). However under the Salesforce OEM model the Zoom Account owner cannot be granted be granted Salesforce Admin capabilities as they do not have a Salesforce licence (OEM users are issued with a Salesforce Platform License).How do we get past this hurdle?Unlike the issue identified by Zoom for Salesforce Integration (Oauth error for non admins) | Community this issue occurs where Zoom has not been installed prior to the update.

I would like Zoom to not automatically join computer audio and give me a choice. This way, if I am joining a meeting at the office, I can opt out of computer audio and use the conference room's audio and hear people in person. I still need to join from Zoom, even if I attend in person, so I can access the chat and other features.Zoom does provide this option, in Settings > Meetings & webinars > Automatically connect to computer audio, which I have turned off.It does correctly ask me if I want to join the computer/phone audio. As I have said, sometimes I deliberately want no audio. In these cases, I dismiss the prompt. However, Zoom nags me like so:The "Join audio" is blue, which may mean I may accidentally click that button when I mean to click "Continue". Hello I tried to join a meeting with zoom on linux. I am logged into my account alright. But I still get asked to set my name and email. I enter THE EXACT SAME address with which I am logged on and get an error. Why is that?

As the host of a webinar with over 200 participants who are not users in my account, I should have the ability to assign them to a specific breakout room, without having to give them the option to select a room. The only options available are assign automatically or allow participants to select a room. I have to choose allow participants to select a room because I don’t want them assigned automatically and then I assign them to the room they are supposed to be in. However, they have the option to select a room. There needs to be an option to assign manually, just like the option available for panelists. As a webinar or webinar plus user, I should have MORE control, not less.
