low bandwidth network is detected zoom

We have zoom rooms where we always see an error says “low bandwidth network is detected”. We have done everything with zoom app settings to run the meetings on low network and avoid taking high usage still we see the same error every time. We have 1GB of Lease line network for entire office. this error occurs usually for normal users also. Could someone please suggest how to fix it?

    hi @Prasad Narvekar ,

    welcome to the forum.
Almost all problems with low bandwidth are for uploading data, or detected overload of the processing of your device.
Zoom is working in realtime, so any stutter is much more critical that other systems. Like phone over ip.

You need a good 10gb upload for every user o keep the call unlimited.
if you wan to see more, go into settings and you will find a whole set of imformation in Statistics.

Note you can also run a test meeting.

I hope that helps. Please like my reply if it does

    hi @Prasad Narvekar ,

OK, it is hard to change anything.
But here are some random ideas.

You obviously have a big connection, but it there any rules from the network guys that limit the zoom traffic? - Ask somebody

Run a broadband speed check from your desk to see what you really get (ask IT permission first so you dont bring down something live elsewhere)

If you have a person who needs to be heard but has bandwidth issues, turn off their camera while they speak and their bandwidth upload needs drop down.

In the extrame there are products like Zoom mesh which act like a local server to reduce traffic, I think you are far away from that.

    I hoep that helps
