Cloud Recording Option Stopped Mid-Event!

Help! We have an event running for the next two days and the cloud recording option has stopped. Hosts and Speakers can now only record locally.  We recorded the morning sessions wi but the option has now vanished. This is not a storage issue, as I purchased additional cloud storage (500GB) and th three recording were less than 3GB in total. 

 

Anyone encounter something similar?

    yes! today - but with local recording. 40 mins.. recorded ok. I ended the meeting and it crashed before converting the file which has disappeared. Twice 😩

    In my meetings, the recording stopped recording before the meeting is over.  Shouldn’t it last as long as my scheduled meeting does?  Help!  your directions are not helpful.

    Recordings should continue unless stopped.
    We have known Co-hosts stop a recording early by mistake or design
