Error installing ZOOM for Salesforce post Winter 95 release - Salesforce OEM

As per the Salesforce update an Admin user is required to initially authorise the connection between Salesforce and Zoom (and that user must also be an admin on the Zoom Account). However under the Salesforce OEM model the Zoom Account owner cannot be granted be granted Salesforce Admin capabilities as they do not have a Salesforce licence (OEM users are issued with a Salesforce Platform License).

How do we get past this hurdle?

Unlike the issue identified by Zoom for Salesforce Integration (Oauth error for non admins) | Community this issue occurs where Zoom has not been installed prior to the update.
