Phone Not Ringing

We have Zoom phone set up and it has been working normally, but randomly started going directly to voicemail. No settings were changed and these calls are coming in during “open hours”. Not sure what setting to look at or what might be changing how the incoming calls are behaving.

    I don’t understand what this part means or where to go to do this: 

     

    Then under the Personal section on the right at the top select Phone, and set the Business hours and Call Handling for the hours when you really want Zoom Phone to ring.

    Have checked the Zoom Phone Logs to verify the call in question and see the details from the moment that comes in to the moment that goes to Voicemail? Take a close look to the timestamps of each of the events. On the right side of each call entry there is a column “Call Path” that gives you those details:

    • You should be able to see if Zoom Phone is sending a notification to your device, and for how long.
