    Hi @Brad Stern -

In Zoom, the email address used to send meeting or calendar invites is tied to the email account connected to your Zoom profile or calendar integration. There isn’t currently a built‑in option to choose a different “from” address each time you send an invite.

Why You Can’t Choose the “From” Email

    • Zoom Mail and Calendar, as well as Scheduler, use the authenticated account you’ve connected (for example, your Zoom Mail, Google, or Outlook account).
    • The system doesn’t allow switching between multiple sender identities within one Zoom login. This is a design choice to maintain compliance and security consistency across integrations.
    • If you have two firms with different regulatory requirements, Zoom treats each connected email domain as belonging to a single account identity.

    Options for Regulated Firms

    1. Separate Zoom Accounts
If each firm must operate under distinct compliance or data‑handling rules, you’ll need two separate Zoom accounts, each linked to its own email domain. This ensures that meeting invites, recordings, and calendar data remain isolated.

    2. Use Different Calendar Integrations
If your organization allows, you can connect one Zoom account to a specific calendar (e.g., Outlook for Firm A) and another Zoom account to a different one (e.g., Google for Firm B). Each will send invites from its respective email identity.

    3. Branding or Admin‑Level Customization
Admins can adjust branding for meeting or phone notifications, but not the sender address itself.

    Recommendation

For compliance and clarity between two regulated entities, maintain two separate Zoom accounts, each with its own verified email and calendar integration. This avoids cross‑firm data exposure and ensures that invites are sent from the correct regulated domain.

    Hope this helps!
