Hallo,ich würde gerne die AI während des Meetings dahingehend unterstützen, daß die spätere Zusammenfassung besser wird. Also evtl Stichworte schriftlich oder verbal geben. Nun habe ich die KI selber gefragt, was ich da am Basten tun könnte:Antwort der Zoom KI:Ich könnte in den Notizen oder im Chat etwas vermerken, da der Companion diese beiden mit für die Zusammenfassung auswertet.Auf meine Frage, ob das auch verbal ginge, war die Antwort:Wenn ich (als Admin) mein Audio ausschalte, kann ich der KI etwas zum Verlauf des Meetings mitteilen, wenn ich bei ausgeschaltetem Audio einfach spreche. Die KI würde das dann mitbekommen und für die Zusammenfassung mit verwenden.Sorry, aber ich glaube, da hat mich die KI angelogen.Meine Frage: Wie kann ich am Besten zusätzliche Hinweise zum Meeting an den Companion geben, um die Zusammenfassung zu verbessern?Vielen Dank

I am developing a custom solution using Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) where customers provide image inputs during chat interactions. However, ZVA does not support image uploads out of the box, as confirmed in my previous case with you. In the CX Analytics tab > Logs > Transcripts, I can see the chat history, including attached images , which appear in the UI. To work around this, I want to programmatically fetch the transcript and the image attachment using APIs, as text responses can be passed via variables, but images require API access for processing (e.g., in AWS Lambda). I have explored the following APIs with a Server-to-Server OAuth app (scopes include contact_center:read:engagement:admin and contact_center:read:inbox_messages:admin): GET /contact_center/engagements/{engagementId}/events Response: {"code": 7001, "message": "Only voice and video channels are currently supported."} Limitation: Does not support messaging channels. What is the most effective way to distribute class materials (pdfs) to attendees of a Zoom event?

Hi Zoom Community, If a Presenter is unable to use the zoom app (blocked by their organisation) to present can they present through their browser in Zoom Events? If this is possible, how do we go about setting this up? Many thanks  Richard

How do I save chats on zoom when I don't have the three dots option

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them? 

What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time?  Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom and need some help. I want participants to be able to share their screen, but I'm not sure how to stop the sharing as the host. I want to maintain control over screen sharing and be able to end it when needed.I’d really appreciate it if someone could help.

Is it possible to customize the Meeting Summary settings so that it follows a set meeting agenda rather than its own standard template? The AI Companion tools are great but we're needing to cut and paste what it captures to correctly follow our discussion. Also it doesn't seem to capture indiviudal motions and secondary votes in the discussion. thanks for any suggestions!  

If transcript is selected and you can see the words throughout the entire meeting, why doesn't nothing generate after the meeting ends showing the full transcript automatically?  It only exists if you click the save button and that seems really dumb.  And, the transcripts are not saved in the zoom account like the recordings are, I can only find them in my OneDrive (which I never use) buried in a random file.  

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

When I set up a new meeting, I cannot see it in my app (so I cannot edit it there - e.g. add an alternative host, etc.). I can still see my meetings scheduled previously. I've updated Zoom to the newest version. It did not help.

Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. On the latest version of Zoom Workplace app, using a Lenovo workstation, and Yealink WH 64 wireless headset.  Mostly it seems to work ok then for no reason calls will come in and when answered there is no audio.  Keep the sound app open on another screen when this happens the mic appears dead.  No moving of the volume as I speak.  When I use in another app headset works fine.  Then for no reason I can find the calls start working again. This happens intermittently, a reboot sometimes fixes sometimes not.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, changes headsets, next is to try a new computer.  anyone else have this issues or a solution? 

Hi everyone. I'm trying to setup the integration between AVZ and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus.Based on the KB https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057946 I insert "itdesk" and select my region (EU). I'm redirected to the auth page on Zoho but after the authentication process I land on an error page that says:  Invalid ClientClient ID passed does not exist Any idea?Is the ServiceDeskPlus supported or do I miss something?"itdesk" refers to other ManageEngine products? RegardsLuca

I joined a meeting and downloaded some files linked in the chat. I was using the iphone zoom app. After the zoom meeting ended, I searched for the downloaded files in my phone but I did not find them. I don’t know where they are. I hope someone can help me on this. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom Team Chat more lately, and I’ve noticed that sometimes notifications don’t appear when new messages arrive — especially for group chats. Other times they show up fine. I’ve already checked my notification settings, and everything looks enabled.Is anyone else experiencing this?Could this be a sync delay, or maybe something with desktop vs mobile settings?Any tips or things I should try would be really helpful. I made  the mistake of using read.ai and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. People are now kicking me out of meetings due to the read.ai appearing in the chat.

I have tried everything. All the call handling stuff, business hours, etc. Our inbound calls are not ringing and sending callers straight to voicemail.
