The new zoom platform is problematic and plagued with bugs.

Since using the updated Zoom platform, my meeting summaries are not recognizing AI custom meeting summaries templates. This is a problem. After a meeting, templates are either not found or the transcript cannot be recognized. Zoom, stop updating features without performing end user testing. The side menu went away and I am unable to locate simple features. How do I roll back to the previous version?
