I am trying to enable to 'Polling' feature for a meeting but the feature doesn't seem to be in my settings in order to enable it. I've tried asking support but the robot is no help. Does anyone have any answers to help me?

Are you on a paid account? To access polling, you must be a licensed user.

I think the issue is that the format of the Zoom portal has changed. The instructions to go to account settings, then meetings, then enable or disable no longer apply because the web page isn’t structured like that! I wanted to check that I still had polling enabled, but I can’t find where you would turn it on or off; I’ll just have to try it and see if it still works!
