starting time no quarter of an hour available

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva

@Liva_Rose - For the schedule, if you go into the last tab (More Options), in the rules there is an option to show the time slots in 15 minute increments, which will provide the option to start on the quarter hours.

Hi— This is not a correct answer. It appears to be a Zoom bug.

In Zoom Scheduler, when defining “Custom Availability” for a booking page, start and end times are available to choose from top and bottom of the hour (e.g. 5:00 or 5:30). Trying to manually enter a quarter-hour time (e.g. 5:15 or 5:45) is “corrected” by Scheduler back to top or bottom of the hour. Selecting “show schedule in 15 minute increments” on a later page allows a user to “Choose Specific Time Slots” on the calendar that begin on a quarter hour. However, the “Custom Availability” page still does not allow quarter hour input.

Try selecting 6:15 PM from the dropdown after typing it, rather than just entering the time manually. Zoom may revert to 6:00 if the custom value isn’t confirmed from the suggestions. Also check More Options → Rules to see if 15-minute increments can be enabled.
