Best way to set up Workspace Reservation for a 24/7 dispatch/booking team?

Hi all,

We run a small transportation/booking team (airport taxi flat rate service) that operates 24/7 across multiple shifts, and we're trying to set up Workspace Reservation properly for our dispatch office.

A few questions:

  1. Can Workspace Reservation handle overlapping shift schedules (e.g., day shift and night shift using the same desks/rooms at different hours)?
  2. Is there a way to reserve a workspace recurring on specific days only, without manually booking each week?
  3. Does the reservation system integrate with Zoom Rooms for quick huddles between dispatchers and drivers coordination calls?

Any best practices from other teams running round-the-clock operations would be really helpful.
