Best way to set up Workspace Reservation for a 24/7 dispatch/booking team?

We run a small transportation/booking team (airport taxi flat rate service) that operates 24/7 across multiple shifts, and we're trying to set up Workspace Reservation properly for our dispatch office.
A few questions:
- Can Workspace Reservation handle overlapping shift schedules (e.g., day shift and night shift using the same desks/rooms at different hours)?
- Is there a way to reserve a workspace recurring on specific days only, without manually booking each week?
- Does the reservation system integrate with Zoom Rooms for quick huddles between dispatchers and drivers coordination calls?
Any best practices from other teams running round-the-clock operations would be really helpful.
