Hi, My housebound 94 year old MIL has been using Zoom on her ipad since Covid lockdown to keep in touch. She finds it invaluable. Recently she has experienced problems logging in to meetings due to continuous pop ups asking her to upgrade and now the addition of Calendar items filling up her home screen and reducing the size of the Join Button. Is there a way to get rid of all the clutter to just allow her to log in to a meeting without all the confusion it causes her?

is there any way to change the settings on the appearance of the CC/Live Transcriptions during a meeting?i’m using the web browser client. there were two tiny lines, squashed to 1/10th of the screen width, and they kept changing order as different people were speaking.  there wasn’t any way to resize the caption area, or change font size/colour/background.  (that i could find, anyway.)  is that it??? 

Can we get the old zoom app back?  Zoom Workplace is garbage.  It doesn't connect properly at all.

Can’t restore down or maximize zoom workplace home window. I can't adjust it the way I want. In fact, it's bigger than my desktop. 

Hi All,  I have prepared the follow up e-mails and added the link to deck and the recordings. But recipients got only the default side drafted by Zoom but not the links. I tried to sent he preview e-mail to myself, and I got the the links. Can anyone help me to solve the issue if you had it already.  ThanksFergul

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:- kernel 6.13.4- libcamera 0.4.0I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

My webinar plan ended a few days ago and the 2-day webinar was last week. I’m looking for reports and analytics for the 2 webinars.I cannot access the analytics and reports because the plan ended, but the message on the analytics page says:Your Zoom Webinar 300 will be canceled on Jun 13, 2026. By the date, you can reactivate your webinar licenses. From Jun 13 - Jul 13, you can contact customer support to get existing Webinars' reports. After Jul 13, 2026, you will lose all your account's Webinars' data.However I cannot access any live help, only the AI agent, so cannot request the analytics and reports. How can I request the reports from a live agent to send me the reports and analytics?Thanks

I am using Webinar and want to disable the raise hand feature (no one else can raise hand) but to keep the hands raised until the Host puts the hand down. It used to be a “workaround” but isn’t working. I manage public meetings and this is a feature that makes Zoom unusable for our city council meetings.

I was the host of a webinar where the Interpretation feature was enabled for Spanish. One of my colleagues was recording the session locally on her computer (not to the cloud) while listening to the Spanish interpretation channel as a guest participant.During the webinar, there was an issue related to the VPN connection on her work computer. Although she remained in the session, the local recording stopped unexpectedly. Once she noticed the issue, she manually started the recording again.Unfortunately, only the second part of the recording was saved, and we appear to have lost approximately one hour from the beginning of the webinar.We would like to know whether there is any way to recover the missing portion of the local recording. Is it possible that temporary recording files were created and could still be recovered, or are there any troubleshooting steps you would recommend?

Hey community, I'm an online music teacher and I conduct all my practical classes via Zoom meetings. Recently, my students have started complaining that the background tracks I play from Spotify sound very muffled and low-quality due to Zoom's audio compression on Android. On top of that, sudden loud ads during a live lesson are becoming highly embarrassing for me as a professional. Since I use an Android phone for my setup, is there any way to bypass this compression and stream crisp, ad-free music? Are there any specific app modifications or configurations that fellow musicians use here? I am currently trying to troubleshoot this using some audio optimization guides from Soundify  but any direct workaround for Android would be a lifesaver.Thanks in advance!

I hosted a Zoom meeting this past Saturday (6/6/26).  The meeting time was scheduled for 1.5 hours.  Zoom shut me off at 40 minutes.  I have been assured that our account is current.  Why did it limit me to 40 mimutes?

Zoom support says there is no way to bulk download. The pointed me a a gdrive integration but that would only be for new reocordings. I've got about 4000 recordings on the system.. no way to get them without spending a week pulling them one by one it seems?  bulk deleting works, but not downloading. this feels like Zoom is trying to lock us in by limiting usability.  finding they limit this has really got me reevaluating using them going forward.   i have seen some people publish workarounds but they are all for getting specific files .. anyone have any tricks for dumping 4k files and 4tb of data out of zoom recordings?   

Can i use zoom slides like a whiteboard in my class?I want to have my spanish lesson slides, then make notes with a stylus on my tablet like a whiteboard writing on top of each slide and everyone see what I am writing live and hear what in saying. Then go th the next slide and do it again.I'm using a nice android tablet and stylus,I have all my slides for class already made, but I'm not sure what to do next. Please help..

I just set up a scheduled meeting on YouTube and i want to use custom live streaming, there is no problem at the very first time, but when i want to stream a new scheduled meeting, in the zoom app, i cannot set up new custom live streaming datas, because it wants to stream automatically with the settings before. How can i reset it?
