Follow up E-Mail

Hi All, 

I have prepared the follow up e-mails and added the link to deck and the recordings. But recipients got only the default side drafted by Zoom but not the links. 

I tried to sent he preview e-mail to myself, and I got the the links. 

Can anyone help me to solve the issue if you had it already.
