Download Analytics and Reports after Webinar plan has ended

My webinar plan ended a few days ago and the 2-day webinar was last week. I’m looking for reports and analytics for the 2 webinars.

I cannot access the analytics and reports because the plan ended, but the message on the analytics page says:
Your Zoom Webinar 300 will be canceled on Jun 13, 2026. By the date, you can reactivate your webinar licenses. From Jun 13 - Jul 13, you can contact customer support to get existing Webinars' reports. After Jul 13, 2026, you will lose all your account's Webinars' data.

However I cannot access any live help, only the AI agent, so cannot request the analytics and reports. How can I request the reports from a live agent to send me the reports and analytics?

Thanks

Since your webinar license has only recently expired, your webinar data should still be retained during the grace period mentioned in the notice. If the AI assistant isn't connecting you to a live representative, try submitting a support ticket through your Zoom account or using the Contact Support option on the Zoom Support website. You can reference the message stating that webinar reports remain available until Jul 13, 2026, and request that the webinar analytics and attendee reports be provided to you. If your account is eligible, Zoom Support should be able to assist with retrieving those reports during the retention period.

    hi @rsb1 ,

Yes, Zoom will restrict you from accessing the reports when your license expires.
Depending on your main licence (Pro, Bus, Corporate, you may get access from Zoom Support.
But the correct answer is to reactivate the license; you could do this with a pay-per-view license and attach it to the account.
You could ask support if a pay-per-view licence would give you access; I am pretty sure it would, and then you would have a year to set up and plan your next event without needing the 300 licence until you are ready.

    All the best

Thanks - but it does not say I have to purchase a new license. It just says I will have access to the reports for 30 days after the plan ends. Which is correct?
