Dear friend, I can't change the virtual background and that function is not included in my phone. How can I proceed?
At the beginning of a Zoom call, I set up Transcript and said a few words to make sure it was working, then closed the panel, as usual. At the end of the call, I went to Save the Transcript and there was nothing there, not even the words I had tested it with. This has never happened before and I rely on these transcripts! What’s going on?
With the old Zoom UI clicking the video or audio settings opened a new window with all the settings including the, “General” tab. This was very easy to navigate. Now if I click on Videoo settings a side panel opens which resizes my Zoom window on the screen. After i close options, I have to move and resize the window again. I find this very difficult to use. Also, the “General” option is missing. How can i revert back to the old UI where all the settings including the “General” tab could be easily accessed as a floating window? Kind regardsChris
Hi,We are a startup for a fitness tech and most of the times, our leads share their number with us in the chat and wants us to call them back (the first call). Earlier, we were using QUO VOIP number where we were unable to make the first call since QUO had the policy of restricted outbound calls and it was embarassing for us to not being able to call them back because when we did call them, our number got blocked away withoout any prior notice. I was just wondering if we can use Zoom Phone for this requirement of our business without such restrictions?
How do I download a meeting chat after the meeting has ended and session closed?

I am using Zoom Workplace app on my ipad mini A17pro.My account is confirmed to be a paid account, but when I start a new meeting, I don't see the recording button.I can only record using Zoom Clips.
It seems Zoom has a new “feature” that when I click on a Zoom link to join someone else’s Zoom meeting, it takes me to a browser page (see screen shot below).Where I then have to chose between joining the meeting from the app or a browser. This is a time waster, because I want to use the app 100% of the time.Plus, because I have typically have quite a few browser tabs open, sometimes it can be time consuming to find this page.So it adds extra delay for me to join Zoom meeting. My question - how can I bypass having to go to this unnecessary browser page?So I can go back to having “1 click” to join a Zoom meetingAnd not waste time.

Can anyone tell me why there is a 5 second delay after I hear someone’s voicemail greeting and before I can leave a message? Also, after the 5 second delay, there is a LOUD woman’s voice giving me instructions on how to leave a voicemail. I don’t need that. No one needs that. Can I remove both the delay and instructions?
I have bulbar onset ALS, and have to type anything I want to say on a Zoom call in the chat. Is there a way to have what is typed can be spoken? If not that is something that could be worked on.
I have a fairly simple app that is a bridge between Zoom and our product, using the Meeting SDK, that allows ourproduct to send and receive A/V to/from Zoom. I’m seeing a strange problem that I don’t understand. If user A startsa meeting, then if I go to our app and login to Zoom as A, our app can join the meeting. Same with user B starting andjoining a meeting. However, if A starts the meeting and B tries to join I get the error “Authorized user not in meeting.”, MeetingFailCode::MEETING_FAIL_AUTHORIZED_USER_NOT_INMEETING. I have no idea what “Authorized user” means. The app has been added to both user accounts and both user accountsare in the same domain. The really strange part is that if I start a meeting as either A or B, and I don’t log into Zoom on our app, I can joinanonymously. It works just fine. Does anybody know what’s going on?
ik heb een link gekregen na betaling van een cursus. Als ik wil inloggen, krijg ik de melding.Account is niet betaald. (2.015) Hoe kan dit?
I’m really tired of Zoom changing the size of the video window in my host recordings on the computer, from what I set it to before the meeting starts. It looks fine in the meeting when a participant shares a screen, but the recording shrinks the video window down. When I say video window I mean the picture-in-picture window of the person speaking next to the shared screen in side by side mode. Zoom themselves are useless. They have no clue. This just started as a result of one of Zoom’s totally unnecessary updates. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks!
We are experiencing an overage on our phone usage each month. Can I upgrade only 2 of my heavy users to the prepaid unlimited plan or do I have to upgrade all users from the metered plan to the unlimited plan?
ASUS VivoBook – Zoom Desktop Audio Fails, Browser Zoom WorksI am hoping someone has seen this before.Laptop: ASUS VivoBookAudio: Realtek AudioZoom Version: Latest version (fully updated and reinstalled)Symptoms:Windows audio works normally. Music and other applications play through the speakers normally. Browser-based Zoom works correctly and meeting audio can be heard. Zoom Workplace Desktop does not work correctly. Zoom speaker test shows activity and appears to be generating sound, but no usable audio is heard. In a live Zoom meeting, I may hear occasional noises or fragments of audio, but speech is not intelligible. The correct speaker device (Realtek Audio) is selected. Zoom appears in Windows Volume Mixer and is not muted.Troubleshooting already performed:Updated Zoom to the latest version. Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Signed out and back in. Verified Windows speaker output. Verified Realtek speakers as default device. Tested browser Zoom successfully. Disabled ex
Help! I have tried everything: - uninstall and reinstall - audio test (correct - only - speakers and volume up to 100%) - Clearing cache - checking permissions - adjusting computer audio settings (various...remind me) This is only happening on my new laptop. When I sign into my old one it works fine. What the issue it: When I test speakers, you basically can't hear anything. When I put my head really close to the computer, I can hear the very very faint ring tone. Computer audio is on. Sometimes it makes a brief sound or crack before going quiet. The microphone test works perfectly. Any ideas? The new computer is a ASUS Zenbook pro.
I have two Android phones. One works great, but the other's audio has gone down incrementally for the last month to the point where I can't hear anything. Volume is at max. Bluetooth headphones work, but not the phone's speakers. Please help!
When I share an application window there is normally an annotation icon in the bottom left corner of the shared screen or in the meeting controls. If I share my entire screen annotations are available. However, this is not ideal for my purposes as it takes over the participants screen and impacts their workflow during the meeting.I have checked my account meeting settings and annotations are enabled. I checked my Zoom app settings and the “include annotation toolbar” is selected.I’m running Zoom 7.0.5 (3034) on Fedora 44 with Gnome 50 and Wayland 1.24. Same problem with Zoom 7.0.0 (1666) and 6.7.5 (6891) so I suspect this is a Gnome 50 issue.
I manage a handful of call queues and im coming across an odd discrepancy in my analytics. How is it some of my agents total combined staus percentages (ready, not ready & occupied) do not equal 100% but some do? When I first noticed this I assumed it had to do with offline time but if that was the case none of them would equal 100%. I make sure everyone is offline each night so they would all be well below 100% if offline was counted in the total. So what is making the difference? What am i missing?
I created a webinar but it is not showing up on my Outlook calendar. It does appear on my Zoom calendar. The location shows a registration link instead of the actual meeting link. The meeting link is in the body of Zoom calendar invite. Is this my personal meeting link or can anyone host or panelist click this link to join a practice session?
I see settings for when to receive notifications and whether to play a sound, but I don't see a setting to change what that sound is. Right now it's just the generic system notification sound, but I'd like to change it to be something distinctive.
Hi Zoom Community, I’m a longtime Zoom user and paying customer, and I want to raise a concern about the rigid controls around the Waiting Room feature. While I understand the importance of security, the current setup creates significant challenges for real-world use cases, particularly for large webinars and meetings. My Situation: •I recently hosted a webinar with over 400 participants.•I wanted to use the Waiting Room at the start of the session to admit my initial group of attendees.•However, I found that I couldn’t disable the Waiting Room mid-meeting, meaning I had to manually admit participants throughout the entire event. This was incredibly disruptive and impractical, especially as a presenter trying to focus on delivering content. Why This is a Problem: •The option to disable the Waiting Room during a meeting is grayed out, forcing me to manage admissions manually for latecomers.•I understand the focus on “one security measure,” but this is unnec
Hey everyone, I’m hosting virtual wellness and meditation sessions where I play high-quality ambient background tracks from my Android phone. I noticed that whenever I start speaking, or even when I'm silent, Zoom heavily downsamples the background music, making it sound very metallic and low-bitrate for the participants.I want to ensure my audience gets a premium, immersive audio experience without constant audio drops or heavy compression. Are there specific audio driver tweaks, advanced app configurations, or background source settings on Android that can force Zoom to maintain a consistent high-bitrate stream? Any advice from fellow hosts would be amazing!
Is there anyway to get fine grained control over objects? I’m trying to build diagrams and even with snap to grid turned off the objects are “magnetically” attracted to each other making precise line placements impossible. This is the most frustrating diagramming tool I’ve ever used and that includes Visio Pro 5 from 30 years ago!
