ik heb een link gekregen na betaling van een cursus. Als ik wil inloggen, krijg ik de melding.Account is niet betaald. (2.015) Hoe kan dit?

    Thank you for your post. The "Account is not paid (2.015)" error usually means there is an open or overdue invoice on your Zoom account. To resolve this:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. Go to Account Management > Billing > Invoice History.
    3. Pay any invoices with an Open status and make sure your payment method is up to date.

    Once all outstanding invoices are paid, you should be able to access your course link. I hope this helps!
