My transcript disappeared

At the beginning of a Zoom call, I set up Transcript and said a few words to make sure it was working, then closed the panel, as usual. At the end of the call, I went to Save the Transcript and there was nothing there, not even the words I had tested it with. This has never happened before and I rely on these transcripts!

What’s going on?
