unable to start recording in zoom meeting

I am using Zoom Workplace app on my ipad mini A17pro.

My account is confirmed to be a paid account, but when I start a new meeting, I don't see the recording button.

I can only record using Zoom Clips.

We’re glad to have you here. Welcome to Zoom Community!

The recording feature on the Zoom Workplace app for iPad (including iPad mini) only supports cloud recording, not local (computer) recording. Even with a paid account, you will not see a recording button for local recording on iOS devices. To record your meetings, use the cloud recording option, which is available for paid accounts on mobile devices.
