Hi everyone Please help me because I’m about to throw my laptop through a window or against a wall! All I want to do is use my company logo as a meeting background and I’ve followed all the instructions given to me but just cannot get to that option. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP ME! Duncan

We have a setup where we use iPads as Zoom Room controllers, connected to PCs running Zoom Room software. This past weekend, the iPads all upgraded to iOS 26 and now none of our controllers are able to pair to the Zoom room. I've confirmed that the devices are still on the same network within the same IP block.Is anyone seeing the same issues with iOS 26?

Hello. We requested to enable 720p recording option, but it is nowhere to be seen in the settings. I’ve looked at multiple help threads which describe various locations where it should be or has been, but there is not any option. Searching for 720 or HD doesn’t yield anything either. We requested a second time and they claim its already been activated. How can it be if we have no HD record toggle option available to us like has been described? Thanks for your assistance.

Trying do a meeting but unable to get the meeting code

Hello,We are implementing a Video Banking / video call flow and would like to support simultaneous use of both the front and rear cameras during a live video session (dual camera / multi-camera streaming from a mobile device).Could you please advise: Does Zoom support simultaneous front and back camera usage during an active video call? If yes, which Zoom SDK should be used for this use case (Video SDK, Meeting SDK, or another option)? Are there any platform limitations for iOS and Android? Is there any available documentation or sample implementation for this functionality? Thank you in advance for your guidance. 

Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hi all,I can't work out if a AMD Ryzen 7 4700U 2.0GHz processor will allow me to have a virtual background on zoom without the help of a green screen. Based on the requiremements instructions, it would appear not: AMD8 logical cores3.0Ghz or higherCan anyone help?Thanks in advance

Hi!My desktop PC has 4core AMD Ryzen CPU. Based on this article   I was trying to test if my CPU could effort the virtual background.I use Zoom desktop client 5.12.0 downloaded from Zoom download page and I installed 5.11.9 plugin from this page , the plugin version is minor than the desktop client because this article  says:Note: Be sure to always install a version of the VDI Zoom desktop client that is equal to or greater than the Zoom VDI Plugin.After plugin installation I modified the parameter  SMARTVB=1  and restarted Zoom service (even I tried to restart the whole PC)  as explained in the first article, but nothing happens: I have no virtual background capabilities.Where is my mistake?Thx a lot for your help

I am beyond distressed that Zoom will not support VB on my new Windows 11 RYZEN Desktop or Windows 11 Intel Celeron.   It worked fine on a 10 year old HP All in One with Windows 8.1.    Zoom claims it's not their problem.I stronlgly disagree and DO NOT understand.

I believe my PC meets the requirements for VB on Zoom yet it does not allow me the option on the app. Zoom app is the latest update (version 5.16.0). I have Windows 11. My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz. Based on these specs, I should be able to use VB yet I am unable to unless I am misunderstanding something.

Hello,when I host a Zoom meeting and start a screen share, the participants always see a black bar at the top. This is the zoom bar for me. Even if a pop-up window appears that another participant wants to join the meeting, the other participants see this as a black box. I've attached an image as an example. I've already looked through all the settings, updated the Zoom client, but I just can't get this to go away. I work on Windows 10 Pro. Can someone help or give a tip here? Thanks!

I have lost my important recording from cloud due to expired subscription, it been more then 30 days .. Can any one help me how I can get them back. These are very important to me. As I met with an accident and after recovery it took time for me to get back with things. now I lost all the cloud data. how can I get it back.. can any one please help me.

how do i watch the recording of the overview session on the Honeywell Canadian Pension Plan Wind-Up that was held on May 28 and June 11? 

After upgrading Zoom to the latest version several users can’t get their webcam to work. It just shows a black preview box, no error messages. If you try to test the microphone, the test button doesn’t do anything. Again no errors.Webcam privacy is all allowed in Windows 11, I tried resetting the camera settings in windows, deleting the zoom profile folders, uninstalling zoom entirely and reinstalling - nothing fixes this. The camera works just fine in MS Teams and the built in Camera app in windows/settings.This is happening with multiple laptop types (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and even plugging in an external webcam doesn’t solve it. I have tried messing with every option in the ‘Video and Effects’ panel, nothing seems to make any difference. Any ideas? It makes no sense at all to me.

Hello, I deleted a zoom meeting recently but can still access it? Its not a recurring meeting, or a personal ID meeting, and ive deleted it also from recently deleted folder. However im working with an API that is still saying the zoom meeting is active - indeed if I put the details in I can actually join the meeting, even though i’ve deleted it! Any ideas? many thanksChris 

I took an overview of slides that I wrote with some AI and some content, and pasted that into Zoom slides. It started going through the process and gave me a great outline, but then stopped with the error message, which I think popped up a few times during the process.I asked for white text on a blue background - I did not let it choose the template.This is a business account.JohnEven Champions hit problems! 

Got an email:  Your deck from last meeting is ready for review Oh, sure - I’ll check it out Click the link: https://slides.zoom.us/?from=email - I thought it would at least connect to my account - but it just drops me on a marketing landing page. Great - phished. Got me. So I try it out. “Make me a deck that….” write a whole prompt, hit the button,  THEN i get a login prompt. Log in, hit a brand new landing page. Prompt gone. Total waste of time. Does anyone at Zoom use the things they build and promote? Does anyone care that they absolutely catphish their customers? It’s gross, and annoying, and honestly pathetic.
