 I have a basic zoom account.  There may be 4 months this year that I will need the Pro Plan.  Can I upgrade for those months only? Do I have the ability to share a video with the group and record the meeting from my Iphone?

Is there a way to increase the font size on the Home page?

At least three times this month, I have had people unable to join my Zoom meetings due to needing a passcode. Each time, the setting for Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode had been turned on. I did not turn this on. I have the waiting room enabled, so that should cover complying with the Security Guidelines.  Every time, I have to manually go into my settings and turn Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode off.  This is a big problem for me as I have weekly recurring and monthly meetings with 10+ people. Is anyone else dealing with this? 

Hi. I had a pro subscription and received an email that my subscription had expired. Okay - my bad. I wanted to maintain my subscription (the one time I’d like something to auto-renew.) So I asked the chatbot if I could retrieve my cloud recordings once I renewed my paid subscription and it said “yes.” I renewed, but I have no recordings. This is frustrating.

Hi , when I go into a meeting I am unable to see the other participants. I can see myself however 

I keep getting a prompt to install Zoom Client for Meetings which I cannot download! I am starting to hate Zoom. I don’t have time for this. Help!

We recently started using Zoom Scheduler, and are about to use it for scheduling meetings at an upcoming tradeshow. The show isn’t until the end of next month, but we want to get our meeting booking options out there now. Since these pages have very specific times, is there a way to have the booking page go ahead and skip the month of August to display those specific times in late Sept? 

I've tried , multiple times  looking for the scissors icon to trim a cloud recording but can't seem to find it.Im owner and host of the zoom account.Any idea what went wrong ?

How can I integrate Zoom for Mac with iCal so that when I schedule a new meeting using the Zoom app, it automatically opens iCal? This was a feature I've been using for years on my old MacBook, but on the most recent version of Zoom Version: 6.3.6 (47101) it appears to no longer be an option.

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva

Hi Folks.I want to get familiar with Zoom VoIP Phone System and become a support administrator. I come from an Asterisk based phone system background, but I’m looking to shift my focus towards Zoom’s VoIP phone system.Typically, with an Asterisk phone system, you can download the software locally, install and configure it, register a phone to the system, and then set up a SIP trunk etc etc but I believe this is different with Zoom that you can’t exactly download this package and get it going on a local server for example, would this be correct? Can you point me in the right direction to learn about Zoom and become a support administrator of this phone system?

It says only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range.I can find absolutely no way of updating this. And I can see no tuition on how to do it.Can somebody tell me how to do this?I found it much easier when we could just see all of our booked-in meetings.I don't know why this has changed.If you can help me that would be great and many thanks.

I am doing a virtual baby shower for my daughter. I purchased games that only work with zoom . I upgraded my account. My question is how do I download the games for my meeting?

With a recurring monthly committee meeting, is there a way to provide access for a guest/non-committee member to attend a single instance of the monthly meeting - without giving the guest the actual recurring meeting link (or having access to the link once inside the meeting)?  As in the guest would be invited to sit in for one monthly meeting instance, before being admitted to the group.  Hope this is clear. thanks! 

Recently I've started noticing static (and others hear it too) in meetings when others are sharing or if  I am.It may be related to zoom audio settings. I don't get any static when playing music, watching videos or during audio testing. I run Windows11 on a Lenovo Yoga with Dolby capable speakers.

I went to record something with music and voice yesterday and all of a sudden the enable original sound toggle is gone when using my android to record. i read in the community people said with ipad they were having the same issue and to go to the gear icon. There is no gear icon on an android phone in a meeting. I checked on my desktop and i had that toggle enabled in settings but it needs to be there on my phone so people can hear music and voice. Why does zoom not let us know of these changes. So frustrating...and embarrasing! 

I have downloaded the csv file to be used as an import for configuring keys and positions on a phone.We have Polycom VVX 350s and I would like to reuse this csv file across a few dozen people. I tried to just upload a file with keys 2 thru 6 because key one is already configured.That was not acceptable, it wants Key 1. How do I code the csv so it will not overwrite everyone's phone with my extension?Is that possible, or do I need some other csv that will have everyone's phone on it and I have to configure every column for everyone before uploading? I hope this makes sense.Thank you!  

I am trying to enable to 'Polling' feature for a meeting but the feature doesn't seem to be in my settings in order to enable it. I've tried asking support but the robot is no help. Does anyone have any answers to help me?

Hi! For my current role, I schedule out zoom meetings via our LMS and zoom integration. How far in advance can a zoom meeting be scheduled and the link and Meeting ID will stay active? 1 year in advance? Thank you! 

I attend meetings almost every day with zoom. We currently have one Zoom account (Account A) with 8 Zoom Rooms licenses.We need to split the deployment into two separate Zoom accounts.Account A should retain 1 Zoom Room. Account B should receive 7 Zoom Rooms.We would like to migrate the Zoom Rooms, including their configurations and settings, to the new account while minimizing downtime.Could you please advise on the supported migration process and assist with transferring the licenses and room configurations between the two Account IDs?

Hi all,We run a small transportation/booking team (airport taxi flat rate service) that operates 24/7 across multiple shifts, and we're trying to set up Workspace Reservation properly for our dispatch office.A few questions:Can Workspace Reservation handle overlapping shift schedules (e.g., day shift and night shift using the same desks/rooms at different hours)? Is there a way to reserve a workspace recurring on specific days only, without manually booking each week?
