Google Sync Error

I am using a tablet computer running Android 15  to run zoom as a telehealth device in-clinic with fully kiosk single app to lock down only zoom (this issue occurs without the kiosk app as well, I just wanted to illustrate the use-case.)  The whole system hinges on the ability for us to send the email link to the tablet’s email address and to be able to access that link within zoom’s email function.  The issue is when we have the zoom app running all day after about 4-6 hours we’ll get the message “your email isn’t connected.  This can happen if you changed your password or need to authenticate again.  Please reconnect.”

I’ll try the reconnect and I still get the message.  Then I close the app and reopen it, the message goes away and the connection works.  I realized that I don’t need to reconnect at all and if I just restart zoom the message goes away and the connection is restored.

The issue is that I'm trying to run this as a kiosk app and it’s really difficult to restart the app when it’s locked down and obviously not ideal when a medical assistant will be using it and shouldn’t need to do tech support.

We are using Google Workspace as well for our email addresses.
