Personal Meeting Room

My Zoom updated and my Personal Meeting Room has gone. I use Zoom all day back to back and my students all join my personal meeting room. Today I had to start a new meeting, whilst my student was waiting in my PMR. Can somebody advise?

    Hello ​@TS25 

    I would confirm that it was the Personal Meeting ID that was having issues and not another meeting. You can find out more about using your personal meeting ID here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066271

    I would also make sure that your PMI was properly ended after your last meeting. If there are any error messages please note them here.
