Zoom 6.4.12macOS 15.5 In a recent upgrade Zoom has resumed its normal bad behavior by launching on macOS login. I do not want this for myself for my 60 coworkers. Zoom should only run when the user wants it to run. I do not see any of the normal ways to have it not run on its own. I assume if I remove the LaunchAgent it will just create it again. I thought that Zoom was over breaking macOS conventions and sticking its nose where not wanted. I've checked macOS user launch settings, the icon in the Dock, and settings inside of Zoom Workplace. When I see this sort of behavior there is no way in heck that I would consider buying a Zoom product, such as a Zoom phone system. Hopefully there is a simple solution and I'm just overreacting. But while I at it how do I remove the AI Companion ad from Zoom Workplace window?

When i click on zoom it doesn't work.a message appears saying that the zoom has an older version not supported anymore by my systems on my amazon fire 10 tablet device or something. What's the deal with this?

I get a red dot in the sidebar of the Zoom Workplace App and individual red dots I have to clear out in the chat pane of the workplace app every time someone enters anything into the chat or enters a meeting in my personal meeting room, and a red dot notification every time *I* enter anything in the chat during a meeting I am hosting. How do I stop this? I would like notifications for 1 or 2 chat threads that are useful and important, but they get drowned out by all the spam notifications that I don’t need (e.g. I have to “mark as read” every single time I put something in my own meeting’s chat so I can see when a colleague has added to the chat) I am in meetings 6+ hours a day with many people. The red dot has become completely meaningless, and I miss important messages in the giant pool of unnecessary notifications. I want to clarify that I have turned off every single setting related to notifications in the Zoom Desktop App and in my computer’s settings. I’ve noticed since the beginning of this week that Zoom stopped sending me notifications when my recordings are ready. I already checked my Zoom portal and confirmed the setting is turned on. Our company Exchange server isn't receiving these emails either. Any idea what might be causing this?

When I share an application window there is normally an annotation icon in the bottom left corner of the shared screen or in the meeting controls.  If I share my entire screen annotations are available.  However, this is not ideal for my purposes as it takes over the participants screen and impacts their workflow during the meeting.I have checked my account meeting settings and annotations are enabled.  I checked my Zoom app settings and the “include annotation toolbar” is selected.I’m running Zoom 7.0.5 (3034) on Fedora 44 with Gnome 50 and Wayland 1.24.  Same problem with Zoom 7.0.0 (1666) and 6.7.5 (6891) so I suspect this is a Gnome 50 issue. 

When I try to export “My Notes” from a meeting, it lets me export the “summary” with no problems, but when I try to export the “transcript”, it only exports the title of the meeting without the transcript.I’ve tried all the solutions google has found for me but none of them worked.  I’m hoping someone can help me.Thank you.

The latest update appears to have removed GIFs from Team Chat. Was this meant to happen or is it a glitch?

At work, there are instances when a Zoom meeting isn’t scheduled and we are meeting in person. When clicking share on the home screen on the Zoom app, it projects a mirror of my screen in the meeting. My laptop display doesn’t seem to allow me to select extend display so that I can treat the projection as a second screen. Is there a way to treat my laptop and the projection in the meeting to be two separate screen? Or, is there a way for me to use the share option on the Zoom home screen but have it give me the picker instead of automatically share my full screen? I want to project a presentation to screen but see notes on my laptop.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to share PDFs during my meetings on Zoom. I should mention that I’m working on iPad, and until now everything was working perfectly. Where could the problem be coming from, and what should I do please? Depuis quelques jours, je n’arrive plus à partager de PDF lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself? 

I regularly share my screen to annotate documents. Currently I annotate by writing with my hand held mouse, however this is becoming more difficult as my hands get older. Is there a way I could link up a tablet and 'pen' to zoom, to be able to do this as though I am writing on a piece of paper with a normal pen? If so, what would you recommend? Thank you.

I had a webinar set up and many people registered. The zoom interface to sign up is very boring, so I switched the registration to Luma, with the Zoom integration. So that people don’t have to register in 2 places, I turned off the Zoom setting “Registration Required.” But then it permanently deleted all the email addresses who signed up on Zoom. Reversing that setting change doesn’t do anything. Very bad design.

And Zoom support has not been helpful. How do I get rid of this halo border?

Recently, on 3 separate occasions, I logged in as a guest to another host’s scheduled meeting. When I clicked on the invite link, it logged me in multiple times, I appeared in the participant window as 3 times???- and I couldn’t close any of the “2 extras” and had to log out completely- but when I tried to re-enter the meeting the same problem occurred...ANY SUGGESTION OR HELP AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??? 

hi-I want to see the meeting attendees in my meeting summary and I do not think this is possible.  its important to see who came to a meeting and who didnt.  is there any way to do this?

We have a company that is taking over their own Zoom Phone account. I need to remove the numbers from my account so that they can add them to their account. Is there a way to guarantee that their specific company receives the numbers. Do I start by deleting the numbers, do they need to initiate a port… Thank you,Scarlett

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap JVC ones with a lead which I plug into the audio socket on the laptop (there’s no microphone socket, so no chance of me putting it in the wrong one by mistake). Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workspace, so it must be the latest version. I have looked through all the Audio settings, nothing seems to be incorrect (and the microphone is enabled by default). I would like to buy some new Bluetooth headphones, but I am frightened that after spending money I will still have the same problem.

My company provides hybrid and virtual event production solutions that integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK. We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences.We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom.This creates a real business problem for us. Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world and the primary language of Brazil, one of the largest and most active corporate events markets globally. I have never had a problem with meeting crashes l got New level moden  from spectrum checked my equipment and no problems can someone tell me what to do to other then turn everything off  and start inviting  everyone again and they all can't stay for that long of a time. HELP please I do free 31 minute meetings Is that the problem cuz I don't pay for zoom ?????

So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it?
