    Hello, @Joan Wiegers!

I apologize for the late response. Meetings on the Zoom Workplace Basic (free) plan can end automatically because the plan includes a meeting time limit. Generally, meetings end automatically based on idle time, account type, and the number of participants. These time limits apply to meetings and webinars regardless of the device used to start the meeting.

If you’ve already checked your internet connection and equipment, two signs that point to the meeting time limit are:

    • The meeting ends at about the same duration each time
    • Everyone gets disconnected at once, even when the connection seems stable

If you want to avoid interruptions while staying on the free plan, one option is to start a new meeting and have participants rejoin once the limit is reached.
