Hello

my student not login zoom meeting. screen black and The meeting is being prepared messages occurred.

Why this problem ?

    Most often, this issue happens because the student is not logged in or the host hasn’t started/admitted participants. Less commonly, it’s due to browser or system display issues. Logging in through the Zoom app and confirming the meeting status usually resolves the problem.
