Does anyone know of any Bible study groups that are available during the week in the evenings ?

Two questions:1. When I download an attendee list from our meeting in Zoom Events, it has many who are listed as absent in the lobby plus the join and exit times are blank, and the video watch time is also blank.Why are they listed if they didn't actually attend? 2. We also seem to have a lot of people who join the lobby but never join the meeting...is that a design issue? Perhaps it should take them directly into the event when it starts if they joined the lobby?

I have just added a second Zoom account to begin scheduling meetings between 2 executives. However, I can't log in to both at the same time if needed. Is there any way to connect them? Other suggestions for managing 2 separate accounts without logging off and on each time? Thanks.

I’m troubleshooting a ZoomGov scheduling issue in Outlook for Mac. Scenario:  I have started the meeting in Zoom (as host), and I have Chrome open with 2 different tabs (different content).  I use “share” to project the content on my Agenda tab (A PP presentation) to attendees.  At a certain point in the Agenda, I would like to switch to the other tab that contains a PP presentation called Summer Images.  When that is finished, I would like to switch back to the Agenda tab and proceed with the meeting from there.  I want to have the tab content full-screen, with my picture up in the top RH corner of the screen.Equipment:  Right now I only have 1 screen on a laptop available to me and I am using Zoom Workplace because of the enhanced sound. Is there an easy way to switch between tabs without having to “Stop Share” in Zoom, select the alternate tab in Chrome, switch back to Zoom and “Share” the alternate tab…..?Does a possible solution require 2 screens? Thank-you in advance.John Lawrence, Program Chair - IACC 

I recorded two zoom meetings (6hours & 3 hours) on my desktop. Both of the video seemed being recorded smoothly,  but when I opened the mp4 video, both of them don't show the screen. I can hear the voice, but I cannot see anything. The screen is all black. Is there anyone who knows the reason and how to fix this? Thank you.

I believe it is related to Windows Audio Device Graph isolation taking up alot of memory when Zoom - at least this is what I was able to determine a week or so ago when this last happened. I am running a brand new high performance HP laptop with 64GB memory. I had to shut the computer down and restart. But then switched to accessing the Zoom meeting on my iPhone instead of my laptop.Zoom version 6.5.7Zoom ran fine on my old Dell laptop w Windows 10. But Zoom entirely freezes (black screen) my new HP laptop w 64GB memory and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX discrete graphics card. Zoom version 6.5.7. 2026.9.9For some time now, I have been having connectivity issues using my Phonak Roger On 3 hearing aid attachment in meetings.  This has been going on for several months, but did not happen when I first starting using the hearing aid attachment.  I have even sent off my attachment to the Veterans Affairs repair depot in Colorado, giving them details of what was happening, and they supposedly “repaired” the attachment, but the issue continues.  I even have talked to the Phonak hearing aid company’s tech support, but they could offer no fix.  The last suggestion was to talk to Zoom about the issue and see if there was something they could do, so voila….This does not happen when using the attachment to listen to music via the internet, either via a music app or on YouTube; it only happens on Zoom: I connect my Roger On 3 attachment to my PC via hardwired connection.  After turning the attachment on, I connect to the zoom call and most of the time (no all), zoom recognizes my attachment.

Hello, we currently use the contact center to get inbound calls, but we also have our agents use their zoom phone to send out sms. We have seen that people will call the agents back through their zoom phone and when they are on that call they are getting a call through the contact center. Is there a way to prevent them from getting a call while on a call through their zoom phone?

I want to download the transcript from a one hour meeting. I had the AI recorder listen to. It says it cannot download it until because it’s processing. How long does this take?

Hi Guys, My daughter is getting married next week and I want to host the ceremony via ZOOM. I'm comfortable with that part of the process, but does anyone know how I can just stream the ceremony and not have the participants windows show up on the screen, just the wedding from our end? Thank you, Lee

I can't not find the Dual Monitor set up in my settings.  I want to be able to see participants on one screen and my shared presentation screen on the other monitor.  Can you tell me precisely where the Dual Monitor toggle is in the settings?

I’d love to see Zoom add a feature that allows users to privately adjust how another participant’s voice sounds to them.Sometimes an incoming voice or microphone can sound very high-pitched, nasal, harsh, or otherwise difficult to listen to for long periods. I need to see the participants when delivering a power point training but the only way I can find to do is to show the gallery overlaid over the PP, which blocks some of the image

I’m a teacher and I have classes with 40 students. When I select the option “Participants can only send messages to the host” in the chat settings, no one is able to write anything in the chat at all. What is the reason for this? I upgraded to the Pro plan thinking that might be the cause, but it didn’t fix the issue. What should I do?

We faced massive meeting issue right now. All the participants are being automatically logged out and in the meeting and the voice is glitchy and videos is being frozen. This is for everyone on the call. We tried mutiple accounts and location and same issue. Help us resolve. The online classes for students is disrupted. 

Hello Team,May I know if zoom mail to outlook migration is possible?I have checked few feasible options, but it doesn’t look like a straightforward migration. Microsoft 365 doesn’t provide Zoom Mail as a direct migration source. IMAP could be an option, but Zoom’s IMAP support appears to be restricted.Could anyone help me with the solution on how to migrate zoom mail back to Outlook 365? 

Ever since installing Zoom on my brand new laptop I have had issues with it - doesn't happen on any other device.70% of the time when I try to join a meeting it doesn't allow me and freezes or just doesn't respond and won't work until I turn off and on my laptop.If I don't turn off my laptop it takes 5-10mins to resolve itself and keeps saying "leave meeting and join" and then pops up with the meeting window multiple times as if it is catching up on itself.Have tried checking the audio drivers are all up to date; have uninstalled and installed many times

Hello. I thought I might switch over from Otter.AI and use Zoom exclusively since they have a an ability to create transcripts. I upgraded, did my first interview and the transcript is unusable. 😕Has anyone used transcripts for interviews? The timestamps every few seconds create a lot of work and the option to deselect them doesn’t work. All around, it’s just not usable. I will have to go back to Otter.AI for my interviews or find something better. Has anyone found a workaround to get better transcripts?

I’ve been having this issue where Zoom AI Companion would inconsistently generate meeting summaries.  I was then forced to ensure that I manually enabled AI Companion from Zoom Workplace before I started the day to ensure I got a meeting summary, even though all settings were set to auto start AI Companion had been set.  Last week after the latest update, I’m not getting any AI Companion summaries!I’ve reviewed all of my settings with other co-workers and all the necessary AI Companion settings are in place.  Even Zoom Workplace shows that AI Companion to auto start is enabled, but I no summaries still.  Here’s a full lie of what I have confirmed as being set.Meeting summary with AI Companion (ON)auto-start........ start meeting........ send an email...... Automatically share summary with Only me....... I have not changed any setting since my meeting minutes have been arriving to my personal email very shortly after the meeting, has something changed that I am not aware of?
