I love the mini window that appears when you minimize the main display window. It no longer appears when I minimize. How do I restore this? Allows me to see my audience while still viewing information on screen. I’m running Version: 7.1.5 (43453)
Downgrade with the "upgrade".Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug. All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.
I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page! What to do? Please advise and much thanks.
I’m encountering an issue with Zoom and my Plantronics Bluetooth headset for audio and microphone use. The headset works perfectly with other applications like Google Meet, You Tube, etc so I believe the device itself is functioning properly. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Reviewed and followed all relevant Zoom support articlesChecked audio settings within Zoom and selected the correct input/output deviceVerified that the headset is connected and set as the default in the system audio settingsUninstalled, Installed, Restarted Zoom and my computerI show the green bars when conducting the testing but I cannot hear the sound or recordingSystem: Window 11PC: Lenovo ThinkpadDespite this, Zoom does not play or capture audio through the headset.Do you have any additional troubleshooting steps or suggestions? Any support would be greatly appreciated.
The zoom BOT ran through the order which I could not follow. Terms she used did not appear on my website for sure.Is there a quick, easy way to get enabled???I am not a bz, just me!Help please
Hi,About 1-2 times a month, I receive spammy, unwanted webinar emails stating, “Thank you for registering for [webinar name]. You can find information about this webinar below.” I have not signed up for any of these webinars, nor do I have any interest in participating in them. They also automatically add the events to my Google Calendar, which is irritating and can be confusing to my colleagues looking to schedule meetings. The most recent email I received (7/30/2026) had the subject line, “Video Surveillance ROI in 2026: Security and Operational Insights Confirmation,” which I find simply ironic. The reply-to line also uses the email dadoyl@boardcast.live, making me suspect that this may not be a legitimate Zoom email. How do I remove my email from this list? I can’t find any settings related to privacy or email preferences when looking at the account management page through Zoom on the web. Thanks in advance,Ryan Nelson
Is it possible to get a meeting summary when a Zoom meeting is hosted by someone else?

Hi there I was the host of a meeting, one of the attendees hit record, I hit allow recording. The recording is not in my C-drive where my recordings usually save. Any suggestions / help would be hugely appreciated.
latest Jan 24 update for linux mint crashes continuously. older dec 2023 version still works. It brings up the zoom panel but says zoom has crashed, please send a report, but it crashes and terminates before I get a chance to send the report. I am running mint Tina 19 version (cant update because of other legacy software). I tried the web version, but this just calls the same crashing app. I looked at the stderr log and see this at the end of the log: 0126/115509.884840:ERROR:gpu_process_host.cc(992)] GPU process exited unexpectedly: exit_code=139[0126/115510.349004:ERROR:gpu_process_host.cc(992)] GPU process exited unexpectedly: exit_code=139[0126/115510.349047:FATAL:gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc(448)] GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye.zoom was exited due to a handled signal: 4ZoomLauncher exit.
I did not have a paid subscription at the time of the last weeks zoom meeting in which I was a participant and not a host. Can I still watch the recorded zoom meeting? I do know it was definitely recorded.
I am getting an echo, not all the time, but particularly when I am zooming with a particular person

Hello! I updated Zoom a couple of days ago. Since then, my annotations have started to fail. While I am screen sharing and using the annotate tools, they disappear for a few seconds while I add text boxes, draw lines, use highlighters or shapes, click on tabs, and practically do anything that requires clicking or moving the cursor. It's really annoying because I use tools throughly, which means the participants can barely see what I am annotating. Edit: I played around with the controls in a Zoom meeting. I discovered that pausing the shared screen is what triggers the annotations to fail. Unpausing does not solve the issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom to no avail. I have a Macbook Pro 13-inch M1 from 2020 with MacOS Monterey 12.6.1. I would appreciate any feedback or recommendations to fix this issue. Thanks in advance!
System Setup and Hardware- MacMini M1 running Sequoia 15.2 (24C101),- Connected by USB to,- Zoom Livetrak L-8 running v1.12 and driver installed on Mac OS.FaultLivetrak L-8 functions normally as an audio interface when Zoom is closed. As soon as Zoom app is opened the interface disconnects and cannot be used, including in Zoom. As soon as Zoom is closed, the interface returns to functioning normally. Restarting the Mac and reinstalling Zoom software makes no difference.

Hello, Today I was unable to login using a code from my Microsoft Authenticator. I used a recovery code to login. After that I remove the device and disabled 2FA, then re-enabled and was not able to sucessfully add back 2FA. Please advise on what would be preventing me from adding 2FA back?Thank you.

There has been a whole host of updates to the Zoom Virtual Agent capabilities, so much so that this video already feels slightly out of date!Quite a few things covered that will make your life easier as an admin, check it out!
After digging deeper into this, I found the solution, and IT IS AN APPLE “feature” that no one seems to be fond of, including me. • To turn off the virtual ring light border on your screen during video calls, you need to disable the Edge Light feature introduced in macOS Tahoe. • Follow these steps while your video call is active: • • Look at the macOS menu bar at the very top of your screen. • • Click on the green camera / video conferencing icon that appears while Zoom or FaceTime is running. • • Locate Edge Light in the dropdown menu. • Click on Edge Light to turn it off completely (or click the arrow next to it to disable any "Automatic" toggles so it does not turn itself back on in low-light environments). Once turned off, the illuminated border will instantly disappear from your MacBook Pro screen.
Hi all - I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly. How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time. Thanks!
We have a large number of lecturers at our institute wanting to use Linux as their system (primarily, because they're teaching Linux directly or DevOps/develpment and it's nice to be on the same system you're teaching). Problem is, Zoom Meetings app is borderline unusable when combined with remote support or screen share. Greatest issues are: 1. When providing remote support to a student, lecturers are unable to type certain keys - such as 's', 'p' and several others. Capitalised versions are fine, however certain keys are interpreted by the remote system as shortcuts. For example, when I press 'p' on the Linux machine, the macOS remote client 'beeps' - same beep as when an invalid key is pressed. Similarly, for example, pressing 'z' on Linux causes Mission Control to appear! This means we can't type anything (such as fixing commands or code) for our students. 2. When the remote support session is ended, choosing to "Stop remote support" doesn't actually do a
