I’m a participant in a meeting and there is another participant whose camera doesn’t allow her live picture to be been. We followed these chatgpt directions: Zoom Desktop (Windows / macOSStart or join the meeting as HostOn the bottom toolbar, click Participants The Participants panel opens on the rightCamera controls available to the host:Stop Video (next to a participant’s name)→ Immediately turns off that participant’s cameraMore (⋯) next to a participant: Ask to Start Video Stop Video   Bottom of Participants panel: More ▾ ✅ Allow participants to start video (toggle on/off) 👉 If you turn this off, participants cannot turn their cameras on unless you re-enable it.None of  this worked.  How do we enable a participant to be seen.  She is the only participant blocked.

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.  

System Setup and Hardware- MacMini M1 running Sequoia 15.2 (24C101),- Connected by USB to,- Zoom Livetrak L-8 running v1.12 and driver installed on Mac OS.FaultLivetrak L-8 functions normally as an audio interface when Zoom is closed. As soon as Zoom app is opened the interface disconnects and cannot be used, including in Zoom. As soon as Zoom is closed, the interface returns to functioning normally. Restarting the Mac and reinstalling Zoom software makes no difference. 

I don't want the AI companion attending my meetings. I've switched it off in multiple places all over my account, and yet it pops up as a participant every single time. My meetings are private, I don't want any other parties listening in. It's a massive security black hole. Hello, my friends!I have been using Zoom for a short time, but there is something that is bothering me. I use Word a lot to write texts, as I work in journalism, and every time I execute the shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + C" in Word (which is a very common shortcut in Word and one that I use frequently), the Zoom window for screen recording opens and I cannot execute the command in Word. In other words, Zoom has the same command as Word. However, even with Zoom closed, when I try to execute this command in Word, I am prevented because the computer understands that the command is for Zoom, not for Word.I would like you to help me go into Zoom settings and change this command, please, as it is greatly hindering my work!

Blurr worked when I first tried Zoom last night.  The virtual backgrounds don't work and give an error message that just says “an error occurred” (this is very bad programming to have such  useless error messages)The blur did work.  Now today the blur option has been moved to a different place and it too gives the useless error message “an error occurred”  (AGAIN VERY BAD AND SLOPPY PROGRAMMING)How can I get blur to work again?

Our Zoom Room Controller app no longer has the room controls available in a webinar.  We have done everything - updated the iPad, updated the controller app, had IT professionals look at our Zoom Room system, had AV professional check everything in the Zoom Room. We have conducted several test webinars even using a different device - iPhone with the Zoom Room Controller app.  The room controls are simply not there anymore!  We also tried adding the Zoom Room by name as a panelist (should not have to do this; should be able to set up a webinar, start the webinar, then join it using the Controller app).  That did not work either.  I have our account rep looking into our licensing; he said that we don't need an additional webinar license for the Room itself.  We have a Zoom webinar license for our Pro account.  As far as I know, we never had a webinar license for the Zoom Room though we did make a recent change to

I've been reading that when I use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer, the voice output to zoom (and then to remote attendees) is reduced and I must increase the gain and consequently more noise.    Is this true?  I'm running W11 on a thinkpad i7 64 bit, 24gb Memory.  Using Ethernet or wifi connections?  Zoom Ver 6.5.12 Thank you for your assistance.  Peter
