In Eventbrite this error message comes up an issue occurred while trying to fetch users. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please attempt to reconnect. Zoom suggests to go to the Zoom Marketplace and delete Eventbrite and ADD it back again. Zoom Marketplace won't let me ADD Eventbrite, so the error message continues in Eventbrite and so I cannot post my event with the Zoom link. HELP!
I am having difficulty getting my SMS campaign approved. We are using all the default responses and suggested text for messages. The problem is that the SMS Campaign Denial message gives no guidance as to what needs fixed and the Zoom One Pro account doesn't have any support for it. The company only has three employees so any plan that is bigger is overkill. Not sure where to go for answers.

We have added a video recording functionality to our application.So when I give the demo to the client, I can access the camera. I have recorded video using the camera but am unable to record voice using a microphone. Question: what zoom plan would allow 3 different users under one account to run 3 different meetings simultaneously? How can I test to make sure this would work?Background: my business is integrated with acuity calendar/scheduling app and I have 3 different team members who will need their own zoom meetings at once under one business account. I attend zoom meetings and just started using a new computer. For some reason, my video is not detected by zoom when it's plugged into my new computer and neither is my mic. I had no problem w/my old computer. Does anyone have any idea why this would be? Thank you. Regina

Hello all. Today, when I logged in to my Zoom account and clicked on the "meetings" tab, and then clicked on "previous meetings," it only showed me the meetings for the last 30 days. Before today, I could then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "last 100 meetings" and then scroll through and it would show me all my previous meetings.Now, instead, there is a box near the top of the meeting list with the dates for the last month. Then there is a box with a little question mark next to it. Highlighting that, it says "Only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range." The default time range is the last 30 days.When I click on that, a calendar comes up, with two blue dots on the start and end dates of the last 30 days. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THAT TIME RANGE. I try clicking on the blue dot to drag it to a new date, and nothing happens at all. There is no apparent way to ch

I have recently got an ipad and was trying to use zoom as i was using it on my mac. Whenever i use to control someone else's system(remotely on a zoom meeting) from my macbook i was able to scroll up and down by just using 2 fingers as-if i was scrolling on my own laptop. But I am not able to do so when i have joined the meeting on my ipad, i have even bought a keyboard(Brydge II max+) with trackpad as well, I see a mouse-cursor on the screen after getting remote control but i cannot scroll up and down. Any idea if there is anything to be done to do the same ?

We are unable to launch Kahoot as Host from webinar/meeting from zoom account which is on Workplace Pro plan. It asks to login and then just keeps spinning saying "Log in to your Kahoot! account in your web browser. If the web browser doesn’t open, try thislink.". This link take to marketplace.zoom link and shows Launch zoom page again. We are logged into our Kahoot account from same browser. We are stuck for two days now. Please help.

From someday, when I open a new meeting, it will alert "you have a meeting that is currently in progress. please end it to start a new meeting", when I end the other meetings and join the meeting, it will be ok. But if I leave or end the meeting and start a new meeting, it will alert again immediately. No matter I change the settings, change the passcode or the meeting id, it will not be resolved, but my other accounts are working fine with no such notification, I don't know why, maybe I have to delete this paid account and use other email to use it. I recorded the screen and towards the end the computer shut down, now I can't find how to save the recording or restore it
