Only the Microphone shows and not the video

I only see the Microphone and not the video when I am in a meeting in one class but it works perfectly fine in another class. I am using a Chromeboo. This has been going on for weeks. However, on my phone everything works fine, but the screen is to small for my vision. I desperately needs assiistance. I have been attending a course.
