Small team client video calls: how to share property photos clearly and record with consent?
I run a small letting agency in Birmingham, and we use Zoom for video calls with landlords and tenants. Most of our calls are about a property, so I often need to share photos from a recent inspection on screen, and sometimes record the call so I can check back on what was agreed.
I am not very technical, so I wanted to ask what actually works best in practice. When I share photos, they sometimes look blurred on the other person's screen, even though the original photos are clear. Is there a setting for screen sharing that keeps photos sharp, or is it better to share the file another way during the call?
The other question is recording. I want to record with everyone's consent, and I am not sure whether cloud recording or local recording is better for a small team, and whether Zoom shows a clear consent prompt to everyone on the call. If anyone does client calls like this, what setup do you use, and what mistakes should I avoid?
