Carousel Waiting Room Embedded Videos

Is it possible to provide multiple options for embedded waiting room videos?

That way, rather than looping a single video, the end user can provide multiple videos to be played in sequence and then loop the sequence. All of the videos would still conform to the ~30mb or less requirements and other TOS policies. This could be very beneficial to the end users and additional storage costs offset by including in PRO or higher plans (although storage is increasingly more affordable).

Hi @Carson W! Thanks for sharing this suggestion. Having multiple videos play in sequence before looping back to the beginning could give users more flexibility in how they customize their waiting rooms.

I can see the value in this, especially for those who want to share more content without having to rely on a single video. The idea of balancing that added flexibility with plan-based storage limits is worth exploring, too.

I’d encourage you to submit this idea through our feedback form at https://zoom.us/feed so our product team can review it. Your suggestion gives them a concrete use case to consider as they evaluate potential improvements to the waiting room experience.
