I'm constantly getting called out on the accuracy of the phone reports we get form Zoom. It's to the point that our management wants to switch phone systems and at this point I don't really care. At least I won't have to deal with any of this anymore...
I have the W60b setup with three handsets all using the same number. I would like to set it up with each handset having their own number (separate lines) so each handset user can make calls. Thanks
Looks like our common area phones aren't recording outside calls. Inside calls are recording fine.

I've added all of the IPadresses, domains (zoom.us) and the no reply email account but we can't add any new users because the activation emails aren't coming through. I can send to a gmail account and they work fine so I don't think it's a zoom thing...
