Exceeded the maximum allowed number of concurrent calls

We are getting the message "Exceeded the maximum allowed number of concurrent calls" when calling one of our extensions  that's being 'Hot Desked'  She logged into a phone upstairs and now no one can call her extension without getting the, 'Exceeded the maximum allowed number of concurrent calls' message.

The previous nurse had forwarded the phone and created a loop.  Gonna' disable forwarding...

How many other phones is she logged into?

As you can see, all settings are the equal. But the edges are black, the whole thing that might be at the sides ist squashed into the middle to join the comapny meeting at thenursing.
