Unsupported analog adapters?

I am a reseller/installer and need to get an analog fax working, but the only supported adapters from Audiocodes and Poly are not possible to obtain currently due to supply chain issues.. I have searched, but not found info on trying to get unsupport...

Is anyone here a reseller or have the need to help manage various company's systems for phone and/or meetings? It seems a single email cannot be attached to more than one company at a time. So, how you are all doing it? Screen share with the customer...
