Webinar creation - once created, second page not loading

Can anyone help? I've restarted my lap top twice. Created a meeting and the second page loads. But not the webinar. It shows in my list as existing but I can't get the registration link as that page isn't loading. Very frustrating. My wifi is good.

If I ensure that people can only chat with hosts - I assume that no one else on the webinar will see their responses? And assume this is the case if we record the session - I want to protect people's privacy so that they feel safe responding to my qu...
