Whiteboard 1GB limit notification

We have a specific user that keeps getting 1GB limit notification whenever she is trying to add a file to a whiteboard but other users are able to add items to the same whiteboard with no issues.

We tried to remove zoom, update the version, etc etc. but she keeps getting the same error message.

Hi @avrpk80 ! The 1GB limit is in reference to the maximum amount of content which can be added to an individual whiteboard. Do you know if that user sees that limit on all whiteboards they collaborate on or just a single one?

I am having almost same issue! virtual assistant is obsolete in my opinion and don't know why I'm getting these notices when I don't use this.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @miriguti! May I know what specific notification you are receiving?
