Meeting Assets Email Notifications

Every time I end a meeting I get an email that says, "Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!"   It then links to the whiteboard that I had shared screen to during the meeting.

It seems there is no way to toggle these email notifications off.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

(I'm on a Mac, using the Zoom application version 6.5.9.  I've already looked through all the "email notification" settings after logging into my account on a browser.)

The “Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!” email is triggered when a Zoom Whiteboard was used or shared during the meeting.

At the moment:

  • Zoom does not provide a user-level toggle to disable these emails.

  • The only controls are at the account or group level, where admins can manage Whiteboard notification settings in the Zoom web portal.

  • If you’re on your own account (Pro or Basic), the toggle may not be exposed at all.

What you can do:

  1. Check Whiteboard Notifications

    • Sign in to your Zoom webportal

    • Go to Settings → Whiteboard → Notifications.

    • If you see an Email notifications option, try switching it off.

  2. Ask your admin (if on a company account)

    • Admins can disable these notifications across the org.

Thank you for the clarification!  I am on my own account (Workplace Pro).  It looks like if I turn off Settings-Whiteboard-Notifications then I will also not receive emails related to comments or share requests so I guess I'll have to just keep it turned on.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question.
